This is one of a series of stories we are sharing to show what’s inside CubeSmart. You not only get a peek inside our customer’s storage unit, but also a peek inside what is important to them. Thank you to Bob Whilhite, a customer of our CubeSmart store in Dallas, for sharing his story with us.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bob Whilhite believes in service with a smile. Being in the valet and parking business in the Dallas area for the last 14 years, Bob knows all about the value of service and the importance of customer service. He created a life in the service industry and wouldn\u2019t have it any other way.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After graduating from SMU and loving the Dallas area, Bob decided to stay and look for work. The Texas oil and gas business is where Bob began after college, but the valet and parking business is where he ended up.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI love being outside. That\u2019s been my favorite part of the valet business.\u201d
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bob is a long time customer at the CubeSmart storage in Dallas at 2711 Cedar Springs Road<\/a>. He needed storage space himself for furniture and family objects.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s been such a convenient location,\u201d Bob said. \u201cIt\u2019s right between work and my house.\u201d But what Bob likes the most at this Dallas storage is the CubeSmart staff.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThese people are great,\u201d he says. \u201cYou can\u2019t put a price on the level of service,\u201d says Bob. \u201cIn fact, I spoke so highly of them to my valet service, they began using CubeSmart as well!\u201d
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The valet company Bob works for now uses CubeSmart storage themselves. They have storage units to store cones, signs, lights, containers, and boxes that Bob comes by to pick up and restore several times a week.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being in the valet and parking business keeps Bob busy during nights, especially on weekends. \u201cThis area is extremely busy. In fact, I have to get ready for tonight. It\u2019s a Saturday night, it will definitely be a long night ahead of me!\u201d
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bob says he will continue to be a customer at CubeSmart as long as it\u2019s necessary. \u201cThe people here are the best. And with this great location, it makes it so easy for me to come and go weekly.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
