Or perhaps a yoga room would better fit the bill for you. A space where you could practice movements and stretches while focused on breathing to create mental clarity and physical strength. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After all, we know it\u2019s important. If\nthe pandemic taught us one thing, it\u2019s that the worse we feel mentally, the\nworse we feel physically. And vice versa. In fact, a major study from the\nCleveland Clinic shows that <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.clevelandclinic.org\/2021\/10\/08\/the-pandemic-effect-mental-health-is-as-important-as-physical-health-say-82-of-americans\/\">many\nmore people have come to understand the link between physical health and mental\nhealth<\/a> over the past few years. Looks like\nthe trend might be here to stay \u2013 for all of our benefit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, in the spirit of calmness, Zen and\nall-around good health, we\u2019ve collected our top tips for your meditation space \/ home yoga room. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Meditation Room Ideas <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cubesmart.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/yoga_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18891\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Making room for mental space often means making physical space in your home.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A good meditation room is one designed for comfort. It\u2019s\na place for you to set aside mental and emotional loads and achieve at least\nsome measure of serenity during your daily life. What that looks like is, of\ncourse, individual to each person. But there are some design elements that\nmight help you find inner peace a little bit easier to obtain.
