Great cs recommended facility and a nice place for lunch or dinner and the food is okay good place for lunch and lunch or dinner with friends

Good overall but old, cieling falling apart, possible flooding in areas. Staff is amazing!

I made the reservation online about 2 weeks before I needed to use it. The agent found my reservation, and we were up and ready to go in about 15minutes. A representative called about a week before to confirm the reservation, and tell me what other charges I should expect. So when I got there, I was fully informed on what was on the bill. The process was easy, the place was clean and the agent that helped me friendly, efficient, and courteous. Good experience all around.

This is a great convenient location near the airport bus route, shopping, and lodging.

Cube smart was very convenient to us. The young lady at the front helped us with all of our needs. I felt like our money was well spend at cube smart. I already recommended a family member to cube smart and although I only needed it for two weeks I still got the 1/2 off if i needed it for the following month.

We are using the car again and if we need to put it back in storage it will definitely be there. Highly recommend to my friends as we are all snow birds

Customer service is above and beyond. Grounds are amazingly clean even in windy weather. A slightly inconvenient entry does not detract from an overall good experience

So far the Cube Self Storage is the best self storage facility I have experienced in Tucson Arizona.The people who Manage the the Cube on South Palo Verde Are very nice and curtieous. I had to make an emergency call to Tina late on a Sunday night to check my unit. At 10 pm she went down to check and called me right back saying that everything was fine. I really appreciate her excellent customer service!!

I've been a customer of CubeSmart for several years (wow, time really flies!) and I have been mostly satisfied with my experience. I will say that my main complaints were that the unit was dirty when I arrived and there was (and still isn't) a lightbulb in the unit so it's completely dark if I come in at night (thank goodness for headlights!). Other than this, I received what I feel is a fair deal. All bills can be paid online, and it's easy to reach a CSR for questions or concerns. Plus, they usually have specials on new units, so you're good to go!

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service provided by the S. Palo Verde Cube Smart. Alex, the store manager, was patient and helpful during a very stressful two-day move-in. The facility is well-maintained and managed and the units are clean and easily accessible; I would recommend CubeSmart for anyone looking for short or long-term storage at competitive rates and great, personalized customer service!

I have been renting from this storage facility since April of 2013, I first worked with a gentelman named Carlos who was helping out from another location. Carlos was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I came in a few days later to borrow the "free" moving truck from the facility. This was awesome,and a huge convenience. Everyone has been helpful and extremly courteous. I have been late on a payment and Alex the manager has been quite understanding. Thank You Cube Smart for employing such fantastic associates!!!
