Friendly people who are clear and up front on the details. When I was unsure if my unit was the right size for my amount of stuff, the gal in the office was able to offer a solution and when I was a massive flake and couldn't make up my mind, (moving is stressful, y'all) she was STILL nice and super pro. This is for the folks at the Prudence location in Tucson AZ. Thank you, thank you. Plus paying this bill couldn't be easier. If I have to pay a bill the last thing I want to do is jump through hoops to do it. I'm looking at you Kohl's.

I have been with Cube Smart for 5 years. As I googled today looking for the phone number for my facility it brought up all the facilities in my zip code area (on the cubesmart webpage). I was surprised and irritated when I saw that I pay double for my unit $59.00 for a 5x10 than a new customer pays at $34.00 with a first month discount of -$4.00 to $30.00. Pretty lame that they stick it to the long term customers. Apparently this is common practice among storage facilities to get you in the door. Lame. If you are needing a unit for long term and you want to keep your rent down you might want to consider if your unit is not to big moving facilities every 6 months because that's when your rates will start to increase!

Storage areas and the surroundings are always kept real clean.Even after a storm, the grounds are returned to usual spotless condition. Carey (manager?) is such a hard worker and pleasent to deal with. He seems very informed and knows his job well.He is a great representative for the Cubesmart Company name.

As a longtime customer, I feel quite comfortable recommending CubeSmart Storage. When my need for more storage space grew, I was able to secure another unit very close to my first unit, which has been so convenient. And I find the recent redesign and construction of the security gate/entry much easier to use. I sure appreciate the accessibility.

Overall I am very pleased with the facility and Cube Smart. However, I do have a question, "Why as a company are you offering one and two months free rent to new customers? Where are the offers to your current customers to reward them for their loyalty?" Just a thought.

Also met District Manager She was very nice and informative. Cary the person on duty, was very Nice.. 1 improvement; driveway needs to be flush with storage floor, I had to jack up my 1500pound tool box to get it in. Lock catch could be thicker, a Hack saw could open it..
