Good storage facility , little bit of storage sizes option I had to use a large space for little storage looking forward to stay in but to a small and or cheaper unit

The store and service is excellent. Only concern is I was not ified by email that my autio bill pay failed after three or so months of going through perfectly. I am now trying to figure out why. I imagine this probably has nothing to do with the company but very scary as I am out of the country and do not want to loose my things!

When we signed up everyone in the office was helpful and friendly!

I've had numerous storage facilities over the last 25 years, this location is one of the better ones all around. Alittle aged but very well maintained and secure.

This storage facility had easy access, never had issue loading/unloading, always had close parking. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The units are clean!!! They don’t smell like a gym, or mildew!!! The climate controlled units are perfect temp! So nice to remove furniture from storage and not have to wait a week for it to air out and lose the storage units smell!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

On a whim I stopped by Cube Smart as I was driving past to see if they had a unit available. I was shown 2 units, signed my lease and had a lock on my new storage unit in less than 20 minutes. Office staff were extremely helpful.

Great location and staff are very nice. Only thing is a little pricey and can't access 24/7 unit.

Reserving unit and finalizing our agreement was very easy. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Unit was clean and ready for us to move in. First day of move in went well, access to unit was easy.

As storage facilities go, this location truly qualifies as " the best of the the best". Having reviewed four (4) other companies before selecting this location, there was no comparision. Cleanliness, security and most noteworthy of all, customer service are all outstanding. The management team, chaired by the General Manager, Corrie Russo and assistant David, could not have been nicer. Corrie was extremely patient in helping me through the application process, discussing the local operation procedures and answering all my questions. Her interpersonal/customer relations skills are excellent. CubeSpart is fortunate in having such a team in place. Strongly recommend this location for your storage needs.

I stopped in to get a storage unit only a few minutes before closing and expected the staff to be grumpy and annoyed as has been my experience at other storage units in the past but the people in there were awesome and very happy to help. They were very kind and helpful. They showed me several units and asked which worked best for me as opposed to just giving me the large (and more expensive) unit I initially asked for. Turned out a smaller and cheaper one was a better fit. Again, great customer service! Wish I'd found this place sooner

While there are a few issues with the facility, the customer service, particularly by Carrie is above and beyond the best I've experienced at any business. Carrie has done more than necessary to help with our transition between renting a home, being in temporary housing which required storage, and into our new home.

The storage facility is great, however, the monthly fees keep going up.

I must admit I came to the location spektical due to being a Police Officer and wanting to store my Motorcycle. Recently rented a 10x10 space for my daughter's apartment furniture and belongings in between college and real life. Both Carrie and Maria provided friendly and timely customer support throughout the rental and moving process. The facility is extremely clean and well climate-controlled. It is conveniently located and I recommend this facility highly!

I highly recommend this company for self storage. The customer service is great. The facilities are clean and convenient. The prices are fair and competitive. With a nice truck on site renters can use this place is a slam dunk if you need self storage. I am very pleased.

Michael Zappola is very helpful. He is easy to talk to, and has an answer for all questions. And he has helped me tremendously. The only complaint I have is the lack of AC on my unit's floor, but I know it was going to be fixed soon. Plus I've moved to another unit now, so I'm out of the heat!
