This was our first time renting a storage. Lashon greeted us with a smile and made our experience seemless. She asked all the necessary questions and showed us our options. She went over the prices and rules and answered all our questions. The facility was clean and the room temperature was comfortable. The facility is also secure. I will surely recommend CubeSmart to my friends.

The level of customer service and professionalism that I've experienced with the employees has been exemplary. As someone that's keen on following up, I can truly appreciate how thorough everyone has been when communicating with me regarding my account. Also, the facility was extremely clean and very well maintained during my initial visit. I would definitely recommend this location to friends, family, colleagues, etc. that may be in the market for a storage unit. Overall and thus far, I'm an extremely satisfied customer.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOOD SECURITY & CLEAN.

I needed extra storage space and wanted to find the best place. The location was not only convenient but clean and secure. The staff was helpful from day one and was always available. My unit was perfect and again I say, the entire facility is spotless! As I was moving out, potential customers asked my opinion and I had nothing but positive things to say. I highly recommend.

The facility is satisfactory; however, if I require a dolly I must retrieve it from the office. This limits the availability to within office hours. I do not like that the storage cost increases frequently.

Your storage became to expensive for the space. Going up $20-25 bucks every 2-3 months was a little to much for me.

This facility came in handy at the last minute for my storage needs but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. I have a small unit and my monthly fee is way too much. I moved to another state so I needed the space.

In this world today where everything is about $$$, CubeSmart renders the greatest customer service ever. They're very personable. This facility is soooooooo clean, that you can practically eat off the floors. I'll rate it as "EXCELLENT."

I'm very pleased with this facility. The staff are great group always nice any time I visit the office to make a payment .

I arranged an out of state move; and, upon arrival, the Manager, on site, was extremely helpful in ensuring that my move in went well. Anything I needed was provided (cart, lock, etc.); and, she remained on site to ensure that my truck and attached pull-cart were parked in the right place. And, each time I visit the site, her effervescence makes my visits very pleasant. When the truck-rental company attempted to over-charge me for not returning the truck, she assured them that she remembered me being there, with the truck, on time. I appreciate the awesome customer service of the Manager on site. I will recommend this site to anyone needing storage space in a hurry.

Great place to store, I would recommend. My only problem, I wish there was a security person to escort me up to my unit. There have been times when I want to go to my unit but don't go because I don't feel safe up there alone. Kind of creepy.

The facility is conveniently located for my needs. The facility, both inside and out, was clean and well kept. My unit was also very clean and well kept. The most impressive thing about this location was the manager Ms. Angela Clay. She is extremely professional and epitomizes service with a smile. Ms. Clay clearly understands the importance of great customer service. She is very knowledgable of the product and company, she is a great representative of both CubeSmart and United Storage.

I am really satified with the storage locker and the facility.The only thing I didn't like was that I was surprised at all the add on charges I received when I sat down to sign the contract. All in all my research has led me to conclude that this is the overall best storage facility I have found.

I like the friendliness of the people there. I didn't like the hidden fees that was revealed at the time of signing the contract. Overall for the size of the space it is the lowest cost in my area.
