I needed to upgrade my storage space and 15 minutes before they closed, Mr. Roger stayed late to make sure my needs were met. I appreciate his dedication to the customers like myself.

While I am satisfied with Cubesmart overall, I do resent that they are not completely upfront with their pricing. You are not told that, in addition to the unit cost, you are required to insure the unit at additional cost. You are not told that there is an additional fee for paying your rent online. Being transparent in your pricing would be something I respect, not something that prevents me from being a customer.

My main ding in the convenience area is that they charge a convenience fee for a debit card payment, which is a bit ridiculous in the days of instant transfers. Storage is very high-profit anyway, why gouge your customers? -R.C.

I enjoyed the customer service I received at the location. There were several different employees hired at this location; however, each one was very friendly and addressed my inquiries with respect.

Overall, great for when I needed it. The staff was very helpful, and the facility is well-maintained and I had no concerns with keeping my things there. My only complaint is that when I moved in, it was after office hours and they have the carts locked up, and they wouldn't leave one out for me and allow me to hide it somewhere or something, so moving in was a pain because of that. But I understand they were trying to prevent theft so I can't be too made about it.

The team at CubeSmart is always there willing and able to help with whatever you may need. The move in/out process is smooth and efficient. My only issue is the elevator placement on the 2nd floor, the sharp corner and limited space is difficult to navigate when moving larger pieces like a couch.

The staff here is nice and helpful. I used an indoor storage unit for about two years and never had a problem. Monthly payments were affordable. They have these carts you can use that came in handy to move most of my stuff instead of carrying them. These carts were an awesome idea to provide because they make moving stuff so mich easier. I would definitely use this place again and recommend it to others.

I love the storage unit. Easy access, always clean.

Very happy with Cubesmart after almost a year of storage. Their climate control lockers are the way to go in Tx, where the heat and humidity is an issue for furniture and many belongings.

All ways super courteous and friendly not being one that goes to my unit rarely they remember me personally.

I was disappointed when I saw my unit i purchased for a climate controlled unit. There was obvious signs of mice throughout the unit before I even moved my belongings in but I had no other option at that moment and I hope my items are not and will not be damaged by mice but I fear that has already happened.

I have been at this storage unit on N. Freeway since 2010 or 2011. Ryan the manager is completely wonderful. I like to pay my bill in person just because he is so friendly. I have upgraded once or twice and down graded when I finally bought my home. The ease of doing so was great nothing complicated. The storage is always clean. In the 4-5 years I have been there I have yet to see any trash just laying around. I love that it is gated and that there are hours to get in. There are also security cameras which is another plus.

I've been a customer for about 4 months. The facility is easy to get to, it's well lit, it's well maintained. Today I got a call because my auto-pay didn't go through - I was one of those fortunate Target customers and didn't even think about changing the payment. They called and were VERY polite, took the payment and explained how I can easily make the change online. That was awesome!
