Not able to pay many months at the same time online. This is very inconvenient I can only pay 1 month online.

We rented our storage unit while we were in between apartments. The location was super convenient and had multiple units to choose from to accommodate furniture from our 1 bedroom apartment.

My belonging were there for a year and 5 months they were safe and I felt safe when I went to get something every one was so nice never had a problem the manager Marvin is a Sweetheart was very nice and understanding Jennifer was a delight and always there to help :) what more can I say best storage I’ve ever had my stuff in Great job Guys ??

Erica, the manager, was amazing. She was able to provide outstanding costumer service to ,both, my mother in law and I. I need to include that this location seems to be understaffed. i have had this locker for many years it not being paid by welfare I work and I was wondering if you can please lower the price. to at least 100.00. I have gave a lot of people to storge there. And never have gotten a credit for all the people I send .

Employees are very nice and helpful facility is very clean, but the office hours end at 5:45 p.m not 6:00 the correct hours should be posted.

I recently rented an unit at the Brook street location in the Bronx and since i made the first phone call, i noticed their customer service (specially Shaun)is very professional and very kind. Once i went to the storage in person they explained everything very clear to me, also they have a nice offer for the unit i rented and provided me with a free truck to bring my belongings in(most storage places don't do this). If you want a place with excellent security, good deals, good location, clean and very nice customer service, then this is the storage place you should pick as i did. I would give them A+ and recommended to all my friends.

Process went very smoothly from reserving the cube to moving in. The manager, Eliezer, is incredibly professional and informative. He explains everything in detail and is available for any questions or concerns. The moving company that works with Cube Smart was also very efficient. I had no problems.

the brook ave facility is a great place to store your things. i love the fact its a few blocks from where i live. overall its a good place. the only thing i dont like. sometimes there are no ladders anywhere unless you go hunting for one. witch is ok if you have all day. or your locker is on the top.

Never had a problem here. (Elevator wasn't going down to floor one, for a while, but they fixed it.) She let me in at the last minute to just drop something off in my cube. I had to be very polite and calm, but she did go the extra mile for me !! Even the bathroom on the first floor is always clean and stocked with toilet paper. I have been using Cubesmart for over a year now. They have always been helpful and polite and the location is very clean and easy to access!

Clerks always courteous, helpful, cheerful. Had problem with flood from above bin. Unforseen possibility. Luckily had plastic containers. Had they been the cardboard type that are sold in lobby, there would have been damages.

This is the best storage I found at a reasonable price .The staff is very friendly and helpfui i recommend to all my friends

its convenient, clean good customer service but security wise most of the time the tv with the camera views is usually down as well as some cctv...

Provide service that is needed in my life-style. Seasonal options. Great.
