The storage facility worked out very well for our family as we moved from one house to another. The staff is very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Truly the only issue I ever had was that the garage door closes way too fast. I understand it’s a security feature, but I’d be loading my van and it would close on me in less than 3 minutes. It was a big hassle when trying to load or unload. That being said, everything else about this facility was great and we were very pleased.

The girls from the office are an example of excellent customer service.

We found ourselves staying with family for 4 months and had to put the contents of our home in storage. We checked into a number of places and no one bothered to take the time to answer our questions until we met Kristen and Wendy at the Commercial Ave facility in Medford. They gave us tips on how to maximize the space, suggested movers and remembered us by name! When we moved into our new home, it was exciting but a little sad to say bye to them. They both always went above and beyond.

As a first time storage renter, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to have such friendly and personal service and attention. The facility is spotless at all timeswith easy access to the units. Wendy walked me through all the all the info and paperwork and made everything so easy. Great space to store things. The girls in the front are so helpful and easy to get along with. Stored things there for several years and used multiple different size units. Always a smooth transition. Would highly recommend or use again if I need storage :)

I needed a place to store my things in between moves but had no experience with renting storage spaces. I was nervous because I heard the word "lease" and thought of the Boston word for "trap". I was put at ease by one of the friendliest and personable customer service people I've ever met, Kristen. She patiently showed me multiple units before reserving the one that was right for me. I didn't know if I would be holding my things in storage for two weeks or two months. She helped turn an extremely stressful moving situation into something that, to be honest, wouldn't stress me out if I had to do it again in the future.

I enjoyed using this facility it was close to my home when I need to get something out of there. Kristen was very helpful when I was first looking the facility. She is very out going and her assist is just as pleasant. I have recommend people to this facility for this reason and the prices are good.

We rented a storage facility a month ago and the people at CubeSmart could not have been more helpful and more friendly! Everything was explained to us perfectly. The place was spotless and we were very impressed with the security measures they take to keep people's possessions safe. I can'r speak for all locations, although I am sure they follow suit, but the Medford, Ma location is wonderful!

I was navigating moving my son out of his dorm room and half way across the country for the summer when I called CubeSmart. A representative answered my questions patiently, found the most competitive pricing, and followed up with a phone call a few days later with reminders about timelines and due dates. They also suggested ways to make the unit the most affordable for our short term needs. Kristin, the staff person who helped me over the phone, was extraordinarily helpful and kind. We were able to fit 3 students' belongings including a small apartment-style coach, mini fridge, & TVs in a 5 X 5 X 8 unit with room to spare. Consider Medford's CubeSmart for any of your storage needs, but in particular it is an easy and affordable way to store your college student's belongings over the summer. I will definitely be a returning customer the next 2 years!

She was extremely efficient in suggesting what size unit to get, drawing up the contract, situating me with supplies needed for my move (ie lock for storage unit, packing boxes, etc), and even helped keep me calm during a very stressful time! Coupled with her outstanding customer service, it is noteworthy to mention that this facility is immaculate, secure and safe, and the people who work there are awesome. This location is ultra convenient for my husband and I and the hours of access are great as well. The staff at CubeSmart Medford are also great! So helpful and accommodating and really eager to assist and offer a unit that will best meet our needs. We've rented a unit at another storage location before and the pricing and customer service at CubeSmart really can't be beat.

I rented a 5’ x 5’ climate controlled unit. Good price plus the first-month free offer = very good. The move-in went smoothly thanks to the Manager, who guided me through the process before hand. I recommend this place 100%.
