Excellent security and staff. Everyone was very helpful on the staff and the facilities are in great shape.

This storage facility is kept immaculate. The customer service is fantastic and they are always willing to help you if you need it. It's also located in a very safe spot.

My storage went up $39.00 and I was appalled at the large increase. Sent email over to CubeSmart and heard back from Rosa. She was able to get the increase down to only $5.00. I was so grateful.

The units are immaculate, climate controlled, and in building that is conveniently close to Jacksonville route 295. A wide range of unit sizes are available at very competitive prices, and their reservation policy allows you to reserve a unit for a couple of days before making any payments - unlike some of their competitors.

This is the 2nd time I have used this facility and as usual they are wonderful, courteous, and great customer service

Cube smart is clean and secure. They offered climate-controlled units and were in a central area, which was the main reason I rented from them. My only complaint has kept them from 5 stars is they kept raising the price I was paying for my unit without adequate notice, which made it harder to afford.

My experience was really great, every time I had a promblem paying on time,they will work with me, the facility was always clean, I felt that my stuff was secured all the time, didn't had to worry, the most important thing was that all my stuff was intact no damages or bad smell , I really recommend and will use it again in the future. CubeSmart has a great business model, hassle free and very user friendly. The online website is easy to use for payments, very easy to set up and use, and convenient. The employees are very nice as well, and the facility is modern and clean, and the security features are modern - highly recommended!

The facilty and the staff are great. The corporate mindset on pricing leaves alot to be desired. The increases outpace inflation and seem to focus on gouging those who rent long term.

The location is fairly convenient. However, there's no 24 hr access. Customer service definitely has room for improvement. I went there yesterday at 6:15 pm. I didn't remember the office hours. The office closes at 6:00 pm. As I parked and headed towards the door, a lady walking in the other direction looked at me and said very curtly, "Hello. We're closed". If I ever see any of my employees speak to a customer that way, I'll make sure the employee gets solid training in how to speak with customers. I went there today at 4:00 pm. The office is supposed to be open until 6:00 pm. The doors were locked and there was no one in the office. There was no sign on the door nor anything to indicate when, if at all, anyone would be back in the office. That's very poor office management. I'm sure no customer is going to want to wait around for the office staff to return, not knowing how long they would have to wait. Cubesmart definitely has room for improvement in the above areas.

The staff was currently training and I had no problem with that as I could tell they were very thorough. They were very cheerful and quickly got me in showed me the unit confirmed that it was big enough to please me. I agreed paid and was out in less than 15 min! even with them training the new hires they were that prompt!

Have had a unit here two years and very pleased. It is clean, secure, and the staff (Jacqueline and Kennisha) has been a delight to work with...Im sure everyone else is wonderful too, but I deal with those two ladies the most and they always go above and beyond to help and offer advice.

The facility is always in excellent condition and fully accessible. Many years ago, I had a storage unit broken into and all my belongings stolen in Jacksonville at an outside storage facility that was well-rated. These were irreplaceable family items I that had just inherited from my grandmother's recent passing. I lost all of those irreplaceable things and will never make that mistake again. I know my belongings are safe at Cubesmart! The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't ask for more! Highly Recommend :))

Excellent storage facility and great customer service

I met with K. Johnson today @ the Point Meadows Drive Jacksonville, FL. site, and rented a 10X10 storage unit. Ms. Johnson was very professional and very kind. She offered to show me my unit and assisted me with the operation of the key pad and codes. The site is very clean and secure. I am very impressed.

So glad we rented our storage unit from here. The customer service is fantastic and the staff was very friendly.
