Performance is great customer service Ashley is awesome and always positive and understanding of my situation or issues.

Everything looks clean all the time and well taken care of. The managers are always available and checking the facility. I'm very happy.

Decent storage facility, although I don't like that the rent went up 2 years in a row and the last rent hike it went up $30.

The folks at the Cubesmart in Sacramento (on Florin Road) made getting a unit very easy. Later, when I had trouble logging into the site to pay my bill, the fellow on the phone answered my questions and got me back into my account in like two minutes.

You guys have always been good to me. I've been going through cubesmart for almost a year now and late and all you guys have been here every step of the way with me working with me and understanding my situation as far as payments being in time. And I thank u guys for that Mrs Pat and Darrell

I like the people, location and cost, but there were a lot of spiders in my unit. They had no climate controled units on this property.

Service is great, however, I can't make a payment over the phone. I was rid to make a payment before midnight and the automated system is telling me I can't. It's 10:08 p.m.

The managers are so helpful and friendly. They made the whole experience of having to move and store stuff much easier.

It started out relatively inexpensive but I am finding out the longer I leave my stuff in there the fees keeps rising to a point where I might have to move it elsewhere. Other than that the customer service and location is great.
