Exceptional Customer Service
You know how a "First Class" air-traveler experiences a different level of service then a "Coach" traveler, well - Cube Smart Hoboken NJ gave me the "First Class" treatment, compared to the Coach treatment at the 2 other storage facilities that I visited before deciding to go ahead with them. I found about them using internet search, and called their toll free number. A very friendly lady explained to me the pricing and the on-going promo of 1 month free. However, by the time she executed my reservation, that promo must have gone for some reason as the email that I got did not have the "1 month free". One phone call to their customer care, and next thing I know, I am getting a call from their District/Territory supervisor who explained why I didn't get the promo but as a service gesture, how they are going to go ahead and give it to me anyways. Then, the day I visited their facility, Brendan Bartlett, the on-site manager was extremely professional, gave a detailed tour of the facility, answered all my questions and was very efficient. I can't say the same for the on-site / customer care personnel for the other facilities that I visited. That's why I choose this facility, even though it was the most faraway from my residence. I will update my review in a couple of months, about the other aspects of this great self-storage place, once I have experienced storing my stuff for sometime.
