The property is clean and well -maintained. the manager is exceptional.

I have been paying to keep this storage unit since my son was killed in a traffic incident by another driver in Denver. I have been unable to comet denver and retrieve or clean out storage. the manager has been very willing to work with me to keep the storage.

I worked with both Elaine and Charlotte to setup my storage unit ... Customer service was EXCELLENT .. All my questions and concerns were answered quickly on the phone and seamless when I arrived to the facility ! Big Thumbs Up to the CubeSmart Team !!!

Over the past 20 years I've had to use a lot of different storage places and for the most part had pretty good luck but unfortunately if the customer service was good the units were dirty or security was questionable so I had to take the good with the bad because very rarely do you find exactly what you want. Now THIS place is in a league of its own on every level plus some! I've always felt that choosing a storage unit is a VERY important decision because you're literally trusting someone to make sure that your property is always protected with an open line of communication. Unfortunately over the years I've had to move a lot so using storage units became second nature so it had to be property that I just couldn't live without since it is an extra expense and if I couldn't live without it making sure that it was protected was a big deal. Yes you can get insurance which covers your property if damaged but a lot of the stuff that most of us store including myself are usually things that can't be replaced like family heirlooms passed down or memorabilia that we've saved as our kids are growing up. I've saved just about everything over the past 18 years from my daughter's baby book to all of the crafts that she made me over the years which no amount of money could replace and would be a terrible loss if anything were to ever happen to it. Unfortunately my home was burglarized in July which make me even more confident about keeping all of those important items elsewhere. I spent several weeks researching storage units so can assure you that I did more research than an FBI agent and couldn't be happier! Everything that I needed was available at the best prices that I could find within 100 mile radius. I'm VERY picky and OCD so finding a place that has everything to my standards is unheard of and can say that this was a first for me. DEFINITELY the cleanest storage place that I've ever seen. Grounds are well-kept and units are spotless. When it comes to the customer service I was completely blown away with how knowledgeable and kind Elaine was! I could literally go on and on about how amazing this woman is and how comfortable she truly made me feel with my decision to become a tenant. Unfortunately I live kinda far from just about everything and I'm also permanently disabled so it can be challenging making it to most businesses before close but Elaine went above and beyond. Not only did she stay late to make sure that I was taken care of but never once tried to rush me out the door like most places. By far one of the most pleasant people that I've ever met and actually look forward to going into the office just to say hello which I've never experienced before. I finally found a place that I don't feel the need to call to check up on because I know that everything is well taken care of and that's peace of mind that I can't put a price on. I would love to speak with the head person that runs this office to tell them how thrilled I am with this establishment and would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

I've really had no problems with CubeSmart we've always had a real friendly helpful staff whenever I've had any issues with web sites or anything like that I just give them a call they help me out all in all I'd say that they're a really great place to do business

My experience renting a unit was extremely positive. The facility manager was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. It's close to where I live, it is always clean, and I like that it is behind locked gates. The staff is always friendly.

They have been good to me, I have had auto payment issues that where my fault. The help with these problems was fast and professional.

When we were moving in to the storage space, it was quickly determined that the reserved space would not be big enough. The staff was very helpful and went to great lengths to change the reservation to a larger unit. The storage facility has been in the location for a very long time but looks like it was made in the last few years. Good security and easy access.
