    Adam Piner, the general manager, takes excellent care of the facility and customers. He explains everything clearly with no surprises. He is highly professional and clearly knows his job. I have had a very good experience storing at this location.

    They need to improve their auto payment issue
    Since February 2020, they switched over to a new auto-payment system that has been nothing but a pain in the a** rather than a convenience to the customer. I am set up for auto-pay and every month I received an email stating my payment didn't go through, and every month the managers response is "it's an issue with ACH payments". They need to fix it! What's the point of having auto-pay when every month I have to go into my account online and manually pay myself. It's stupid.
