Signed up online in the morning by lunchtime my stuff was in the locker secured. I did ask where I could Find my unit as the place is quite big and the lady at the front desk went out of her way to lead the way to my Locker. Great service. Clean and well kept facility.

I don’t like being forced to make a review Money for storage but this is upsetting

An emergency in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic forcing me to move into a storage unit for the foreseeable future was stressful enough, but Shirley's customer service and dedication to covid-19 precautions put me more at ease. We discussed the right size for my needs and the entire transaction was very seamless.

The employees are always so friendly and helpful! The facility is clean and in a great location for us. The only reason I am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the Loading Dock has been broken for months. It's a lot of money to pay without the use of the loading dock entrance. I also think they should have a dumpster available on site.

Overall I had a great experience. The facility is clean and the customer service is good. As long as there is a lock on your unit you shouldn't have to worry about the security of your items.

I always had a great experience at this facility. The customer service is always as it should be when dealing with the public. I also like the fact of having after hour access. The only issue I had was having to use my access code every time you enter during business hours and having to get a key for the flatbed dollies. I understand why - security and theft prevention.

I hate the reates keep increasing. Facility is clean, staff is nice and professional. But nothing new is offered, yet rates keep increasing. Disappointing.

Overall I had a very smooth experience at CubeSmart with no major issues, hassles or problems. I used auto-pay to ensure that. I do think the facility is more on the expensive side compared to others (and fees went up like clockwork every year) but the convenient location and cleanliness kept me there for the most part. Also, my brother moved his things to a brand new facility that was far cheaper until the new roof leaked and flooded his unit damaging all his things. He said he wished he had stayed at CubeSmart and that it was smart that I didn't move.

It a safe storage facility and a great location for easy access

Shirley is fabulous here as are the others but she always remembers me and my name. This place is perfect clean and affordable as well as easily reached.

Staff was always friendly. Price seemed fair. Building was clean. Wish I could access storage unit later at night. I work late and sometimes needed my things but it was too late to get into facility. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

My experience with CubeSmart has been excellent. I have been a customer for a couple of years. I have never had a problem, the facility is modern, clean, safe and secure and the staff is the best. Brenda and Shirley are always friendly, courteous, helpful and very professional.

When the website went down, I emailed to see when it would be back up to pay online. Shirley (White Plains location) called within the hour to confirm there was an issued and called back a few minutes later when it was operational again. It can't get much better than that!

We started renting a month ago. The house we were going to buy was unethically sold to someone else so we had to go into an apartment and a storage unit until we found a new house. We got married two weeks ago and on the night before our honeymoon we were packing and I realized our luggage was still at the storage site. Customer service was helpful when they contacted the site manager and he let us in after hours to get our luggage. What a life saver! Thank you! We had a great vacation and will live happily ever after now! No argument on whose fault it was that the luggage was left at the storage site! Thanks!!
