I have been storing my things with cube-smart for almost a year with no problems I definitely recommend storing your beloved items here if you don’t have room for them anywhere else. Great facility.... was super helpful. Great customer service and think there is simple and effective communication. Would be nice to have an app that simplifies payments - video feed of your unit and some other nice touches.

Gustavo and Salvador were pleasant to deal with. Very professional gentlemen more than happy to help with the ins and outs of leasing a storage locker. Despite one of the elevators not working upon moving in, the other one worked just fine and the customer service I experienced with the gentlemen upfront made that easy to forget!

We are moving to another CubeSmart self storage facility, because it is closer to where we live, and we also needed a smaller unit. Everyone we dealt with at the E Stassney facility were very, very nice and very helpful. We never had any problems.

The manager was super nice and was super easy to rent a unit would definitely want to rent from here again in the future.

Good storage, just had a problem when I moved out there were bugs in all my bed sheets

I’ve never used a storage unit before, so I was super nervous about the whole ordeal and not knowing what I was doing. But they made it so easy! I got an online deal, so for a climate-controlled unit, it was a FANTASTIC price. They had carts so you could move your stuff faster, large elevator, and good security. Moved my son from his college apt for 8 months (going abroad for school) Couldn’t be happier as we came back to move him back into school and our move went so smooth. Great place to store you stuff. The management was awesome. The older blonde woman was superb. I think her name began with the letter K. And so was her helper, the tall guy with a beard and glasses. You can't be the free truck, though there is a 10 dollar administrative fee. I recommend this location!

I've had some bad experiences with numerous other storage facilities. I happy to say that I've finally found the best there is out there. The pricing is just right, its ALWAYS clean, and the staff is as friendly as they are helpful. :)

A/C, good security measures (at storage facility and online), customer service that is not outsourced to another country, quick resolution of issues, easy to change storage units. Can't recommend them enough.

The website navigation and sign in process in painfully slow and annoying.

Cube smart(Stassney) has been the best storage facility I have used in Austin(and throughout my years living here there have been many). The location is convenient, the facility is always clean and well lit and I have never seen any evidence of bugs or critters in my unit. The current management team is awesome, they are quick to fix any issues with the property and are attentive to their clients. So stop shopping around, this is the facility you want to use! :)

when i first moved to Austin, i took a chance on this place when it was still called U-Store-It - i loved the location and the security is nice - now that i travel a bunch, i placed my items back in the same exact place, now called Cubesmart - still great customer service, the guys at the desk are super cool - love this place!

Excellent Service and the process was quick & easy. M Steiss and Manager: Lyle Barker were the best.

I was greeted by a friendly staff that was able to answer all my questions quickly and competently. I was able to get through the required rental agreement setup and shown my unit and began moving in in under 30 minutes. The facility is clean and there are plenty of carts for use.

The team at Stassney Lane in Austin was terrific. I had a difficult (typical) moving day with movers on the clock and ready to go home. I called ahead and the team was ready when I arrived. One took the movers to the unit while the other had my paperwork ready for me and quickly moved through the process. I would HIGHLY recommend CubeSmart!

I have been impressed with both the cleanliness and security of the facility. It is worth paying a little more. However, I was disappointed when they increased the monthly rental by10 percent after six months with very little notice.

The people I have worked with at this facility are all ways nice and friendly. They even had coffee and hot cocoa for my daughter. Well respected! ST

Based on my first interactions with staff and introduction to the facility, I can say I am thoroughly pleased with my choice to store my items at this location. It is clean, and as easy to access as it can be for an indoor, second floor storage unit.

Mike, the manager, is very friendly, kind and helpful. The facility and grounds are clean and the temperature monitoring in the unit is good...cool in the Texas summer heat. The only complaint I have is that there is often no cart available (even when there are no cars/trucks at location). I realize people may be very inconsiderate and may keep the carts in their units or may steal them. Perhaps a GPS attached underneath the cart that would allow you to find the carts on property, that can be tracked through your computer system, would be a good option. Its very frustrating when I don't have use of a cart when on property. There should be a minimum of 2 carts available at each entrance location.

door does not always shut you can just walk in to storage area with no code most of the time but front gate seems to keep all the bad out so i feel my stuff is safe and they have someone living on site there is only one push cart for the entire buliding and if you need it and its not in your storage area you have to walk clear around the whole buliding outside to get to the other storage area because you can not access that side from the inside it was a pain because i had my three year old with me but if i was alone wouldnt have been a problem
