The personnel at the 8749 Wade Blvd are great. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get the unit I wanted. Everything they did made things go smoothly. Savannah is a great GM in the Frisco location. She clearly enjoys what she does everyday! What a valuable commodity to the organization as she provides a professional approach to the facility with her organization and efficiency.

This place is convenient and I never had an issue getting in or out. My only compliant is that during my rental period (15 mths) there was a cost increase shortly after and I thought that was a bit much.

I used CubeSmart for about 4 years while I lived in a tiny apartment between houses. The facility was always clean and easy to get to my unit for loading and unloading. Only downside is that if you are inside the gates after “closing” time, you are locked in and have to call to get out.

I used the storage for 2 years, was always clean and staff were always helpful.

Every year prices rise. Is this fair to a customer that always pays before due date every single time? I feel like I'm being penalized for being a loyal customer. Somewhere, somehow, there should be some loyalty to the customer also.

I was made aware of the facility by simply passing by searching for a storage facility as the result of my best friends untimely death the week prior.
