I love the customer service n location! I love that the location is climate control as well.

No issues with them had them for over 2 years. But should not be forced to write a long review before able to pay my bill.

Over the years it has been difficult to keep up with the monthly rent. It's way too expensive and they keep increasing the rates. Overall, I like the customer service, convenience and cleanliness of the place. Related to the online services, it would be nice to be able to schedule future future and partial payments.

I rent 3 units there. The place is always immaculate, clean hallways, restrooms and lobby area with two elevators and a number of flat bed carts for customer convenience. Once I forgot to lock up one of my units properly. As a testimonial to their daily walk or evaluation of the property I was notified within hours of my departure from the facility that my unit latch was not properly secured. I'm there at least once weekly if not more and really appreciate the convenience and congenial service from the management there. Thank you James and Marcos!

The two male employees are very nice and easy to work with, thank you we just bought our new home and no longer need to store our house.

I really wish I didn't need a storage unit. However, CubeSmart was there when i did. I always knew my possessions were safe and aside from a little dust, everything was in the same condition as when I first put everything in the unit.

Great storage, When I cleaned out my storage and I came back to sweep, The manager cleaned for me without charge.

First rate facility in a good location and easy to access. Always clean environment and always felt safe at the facility. Only improvement to make it 5 star would be to have a light in the unit. We were renting a 10x20 and it is always dark about half way in. Flashlights are a drag when trying to access boxes.

Storage unit was OK but several times throughout my storage use. air conditioning was not working. I mentioned it to staff which they took care of it properly. It just seem not to be working when I went to leave more items or pick up from the unit. Other than that the staff was great that area was clean .

We've been at this location for years, the staff is very professional and always willing to help. They keep on their toes watching your unit and will notify immediately if something is wrong ex- lock not on right. It's very much appreciated and I completely recommend this storage facility.

I rented here for a year and it was great!! The staff was so accommodating when I moved out of state. I felt my storage was safe and secure. Upon move out they made sure it was easy and seamless. Thank you so much for a great experience!!

Good people, clean facility, competitively priced. Only down side in my tenure here was a minor break-in. I didn't lose anything, but it seemed to me that it was too easy for the thieves to break in. Was told by management that security has been stepped up.

I’m from Dallas but attend school at UTSA. I decided to move apartments but there was a month gap of when I could move in, so I stayed with my family in Dallas for the month while my stuff was in storage. The store manager was very helpful and very understanding of my situation and did everything he could to help me out. My entire renting experience (although only a month) couldn’t have gone any better. The storage was a fair price and was easy to access. If I ever need storage in the San Antonio area again I will definitely use CubeSmart!

We relocated to Austin TX. We put all our house into two storage units for 7 months. We moved out because we purchased our house in Austin. I would stop by and check on our stuff at least twice a month. I really liked the facility and liked the security set up. When I was at the facility, I usually saw somebody from the facility walking around checking on things. When we move again in 8 years, we will probably store our things at one of your places again. Thank you for a great experience.

I moved out because brought s home and no longer need to store my belongings. The facilities were nice so was th he personnel in the main office all the time.

I ended up needing more space than the original 10x20 I had rented at a different location. CS was a convenient locale and their pricing was competitive. All their features were up to par with other places but I gave 4 stars for a couple reasons...as thorough as they are in reviewing their contract at signing, they never mentioned what I was signing was a promo price or that they have the ability to increase rent at any time with 30 days notice. Within 90 days there was an increase. Also, my unit, had no internal lighting, just the hallway lighting which wasnt always sufficient.

The personnel at the front desk are always friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are always clean.

We moved to the San Antonio area and didn't know where a lot of things were located. Diane and James couldn't have been any better in helping us locate where to return the U-Haul we had, giving us directions on how to get there and a local number where we could call. We were able to leave our U-Haul within the locked gate until the next morning when we could get movers out to help us unload. This is the kind of customer service all companies need!

James called me whenever I put my lock on wrong which was a few times. Excellent customer service from the day I moved in. Used Cubsmart for a year and four months and will use them again if needed.

I have been a loyal customer for over five years, I have been very happy with all services provided by Cubesmart . my only complaint is the lack of any loyalty bonus. My monthly fee has increase by over 60% of the move in rate. a months free rent or even a gift certificate for items sold in front office. It would be nice.

Kayla was very helpful. The unit was clean and security was good. The unit is an outside access storage unit, not climate controlled, but felt cool inside, despite it being 100 degrees outside. Would recommend this to place to others.

Probably the nicest office for a storage unit company that I have ever seen. Very professional staff. Very clean facility.

Seems like after a few months they end up finding ways to jack the price up little by little. Started around $65/month and am now up to $95. I am spending more than the value of the stuff I have in it. Nothing wrong with management or security, everything was good, just those creeping increases gets to be annoying.

My husband did all the storing but he said they had all the aids like dollies, etc to help you out. Its clean, staff is friendly and he felt safe.

Michael Ellis is very friendly and helpful, I appreciate his work at the facility. I am in process of moving and had to rent 3 separate units but I have always got the help I need, security is great. This was just going to be temporary but I think I will be keeping a unit long term just because of convenience and great staff!

First timer w/a storage facility and I am really glad I decided to go with this company. My only issue and why I rated convenience an average score is because you can only make payments using your credit card online or by phone. My preferred method is account number and routing for the times I don't have my debit/credit information with me. In person of course more options are given but it's suppose to be convenient to make it online or by phone, right? Other than that visiting my storage unit is no problem, I had a clear understanding of what I was getting in to at enrollment and the process was very easy. Friendly staff and very competitive pricing. I don't think you can get a good deal else where!

A couple of months ago, I thought I had locked up properly when I left my storage unit. Later, I got a call from Cubesmart to let me know that although the lock was secure, I'd neglected to slide the bolt all the way over so anyone could still get into my unit. Cubesmart reps don't just man the desk. They walk the whole facility daily to make sure their customers' belongings are secure. Thanks, Cubesmart!

I am happy I chose Smartcube for my storage needs. I just happened to be driving by and decided to inquire. The manager was very helpful and cheerful. I rented my space in no time. I was on an upper floor and thought it might be too hot. To my surprise, when I moved my things in to the unit, I didn't burn up! No it's not 70 degrees, but it beats the heat of an outdoor facility. The unit was very clean. I moved my things with not much trouble as carts and an elevator were provided. How Smart!!!! Lighting was also good, not perfect, but it was enough to see around the whole unit. Whenever the staff contacts me they are always very timely and courteous. I appreciate that. Now how about a discount!
