I have for 3 months for rent a storage and I dnt have a any problem

Easy sign up/move in, inexpensive and great customer service! Really nice staff at Store # 0765. They even listened to my sob story about my recent break up after 4 years together(the reason for having to use the unit for a month bc of moving out). Very very friendly and they care!

Came to the one on Antioch Pike in Nashville and received great customer service from Holli and Karen. They were both very nice and informative and clear. The place is secured nicely and everything was explained to us in depth so we did not leave with any questions. Will definitely recommend to friends.

You're in and you're out.. No hassle and they followed up with a call when I left the lock on my unit after clearing it out and didn't charge me for the full month. Great service!

The people that took care of me were EXTREMELY friendly and went out of their way to make sure all was in order before my military deployment. Their dedication to go the extra mile was truly appreciated. The only complaint that I have is the facility is in somewhat of an inconvenient location and is hard to get to some times of the day.

The units are clean and well kept. The customer service is great. When ever I have a question about my billing since I am military, they are able to correct any problems.
