I was undecided abut getting a storage bin and I took a walk to the CubeSmart storage in my neighborhood to enquirer about how to get one. I was greeted by the customer service lady and she was so pleasant, she gave me the information I needed and also the brochures with added guidance to getting a bin. I returned to the storage a few days after, and I signed the digital documents and I’m all set with great curtesy.

The staff is always very helpful and the facility is always very clean. They are always friendly and answer all my questions to the best of their ability.

Just wish late fees were not applied so soon.. little more time would be nice.

I been there @ the same facility for 10years. I experienced 1minor mishap-AC unit hose separated and leaked water all over my stuff.luckly for me I kept everything in plastic bags-aside from that, I where very pleased by the professionalism and the punctuality of cubesmart employee's. They all deserve a raise.

I used the CubeSmart at 1980 White Plains Road, Bronx, NY and always had an great experience. The customer service was consistently excellent. Everyone there is professional and friendly, The site was ALWAYS secure and clean, and I never worried about my things. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needed a storage solution.

I have had a wonderful experience at the facility. The GM Saccsha and her staff had always gone above and beyond to make sure they provided excellent customer service. The office and facility was very well kept and always cleaned. Whenever I walked into the office I was always greeted by he staff and this made me feel very appreciated in doing business with Cube Smart. I will always refer friends and family to this facility.

The last time I came, the woman told me I needed to call a manger to set it up. When I expressed that to Saccsha this evening she was extremely helpful. She explained that isn't correct and set with me until my immune account was set up! I'm very grateful for her support. Now my bill won't be late every month :)

I have been at this white plains road Cubesmart location for 4 years, I most say the staff here is very professional ,excellent customer service and they take great pride in their work. Once I had a problem with a another customer whom seem to have been having a bad day and I went to the office to report the problem the general manager saccsha and jacqueline took the time to come over and speak with the other customer to resolve the matter I thought that was very noble of her. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

I happened to find CubeSmart to be a good facility is close by where I live and the prices are reasonable the facility is clean and I'm pretty sure the security is good too I would recommend CubeSmart to any one looking to store their personal property I give it a thumbs up.

I'm a business customer at the Bronx Park East Cubesmart (White Plains Rd) and am very pleased with the service. All the employees are very friendly and professional, and they will even take small-medium package deliveries to your unit. The only thing I think the facility could improve on is offering a dumpster/recycling/somewhere for customers to put non-perishable non-hazardous refuse like flattened boxes, packaging, etc. Other than that, I'm very happy with the staff, amenities, and location.
