The security is the best I've ever seen. I would feel safe storing my antique furniture and priceless antique jewelry and clothes including furs. I would like a little more privacy however. The staff is very helpful , respectful, and provides excellent service.

I just rented a new space and found the customer service at the Leesburg, VA location to be excellent. They were really helpful, friendly and accomodating in helping me get setup and ready to move in. Thanks a lot!

The person who did my paperwork did not have the capability to set up an automatic withdraw from my bank accout. That would be nice to have that choice to complete the transaction. I did ask.

I have used this facility for 12 years and have no complaints. The manager, Adam, was great and on top of all my deliveries.

I moved into a fully furnished home, from my apartment in another town. Cubesmart met my needs for a safe, easy & cost efficient location for my personal storage. The move out was easy as well - easy access to the building, use of trolleys & quality care for my many antiques and books.

This facility is clean and climate-controlled. The staff was helpful both when I rented my unit and when I closed out my unit. The hallways are well lit and clean. I would recommend this facility.

The storage facility is on par with the rest in the area. I switched from a larger unit to a smaller one. It is clean and the people are friendly so overall it is a good experience. The only change I think they need to make is to provide a trash dumpster for tenants to use at all times. We pay enough in our monthly fees to cover Their expenses to have the dumpsters emptied once or twice a month.

I needed to rent a climate controlled storage space for a few weeks while moving to a new home. The price value was excellent as I was able to use the promotional offer. The perimeter security and management/access practices were client friendly while keeping the facility secure; the buildings and climate control systems were well-maintained and the unit itself was very clean. The staff were very accommodating and helped me choose the best-size for my needs. If I need to use a storage facility again in the future, this CubeSmart would be my first choice, hands down!

The problem exists with with the auto pay ...I get a notice every month say it failed....

Have rented several different sized units for several years. In person and by phone, I've received polite and complete answers to all questions/matters.

My encounter with the people at the storage unit was very pleasant. The facilities were found to be and kept in excellent condition. The price was very reasonable.

We were looking for a temporary storage space to store our household goods while we put our home up for sale. After searching on the web for possible facilities, we chose this one. This facility was very close to our home and the rates were cheaper than other brands. The internal storage unit and the storage building it was located in was very clean. There was a courtesy flat bed cart to use to haul things, but it had seen better days. Overall, we would recommend this place.

Please don't email out temporary passwords. This is unsafe. Please instead email out a temporary link that allows you to log in and requires you type in your own personal password. This is much safer and it is more likely that people remember their passwords, since they are the ones that provide them.

Very friendly staff. Great location. It was clean. It had a lot features that I have not seen before in other facilities. The timer for the lights was a nice touch. I love the cart that was there to use. That enabled me to be able to unload my stuff by myself. It saved me a lot of time. Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend them.

For the reasons above, I will use Cube Smart again.

I needed short term storage (3 months) and did some looking online. I found this facility to be the best deal by far for the same sized climate controlled unit. The on-site manager was very professional, showed me the unit, and processed the rental contract quickly and efficiently. This was important because I was pressed for time that day but they made it SIMPLE, STRAIGHTFORWARD, and HASSLE-FREE! The storage facility seems well kept, the unit was clean, well lit, and despite some mid-30s to 40 degrees weather has always been the right temperature inside. I would recommend this facility for any of your storage needs, short or long term.

Many storage facility employers treat customers like strangers, but not these group of guys. They are friendly and offer coffee to customers. You won't find this type of atmosphere at Public Storage.

I have had a storage unit with Cube Smart for more than one year. I had a stroke just one month after renting my storage unit. I was fully paralyzed and could not remember things like my storage unit and account numbers. However, with cube smart's reminder texts which include their website and all the information needed to pay the bill my son was able to ensure that my belongings were not in any danger of being auctioned while I was incapacitated in another state. Then, when I was drowning with medical bills the management ( Tim) waived the second late fee that accrues on the 29 of the month because my direct deposit does not go into my account until the 31st or 30th ( September, April, June, November) and I needed every penny for food. This company requires insurance which may seem unreasonable to some, but it's for your own protection. They even accept the homeowners insurance you are already paying.They even call for you and have the declarations page faxed to them. If you are not already paying for homeowners insurance like I am they have policies for you to choose at a reasonable cost. I recommend cube smart to anyone needing a clean and safe place to store your belongings. My cube smart location is in Leesburg, Virginia at the Trailview street location. I know there are two locations in Leesburg and I am still having memory issues so I may have the street name incorrect, but it is close enough to figure out the location because the second location is not even close to the spelling of the street name I have given. Thank you Cube Smart for your outstanding customer service and your text and email reminders. Without them my belongings would have been auctioned because I wouldn't have remembered in time to make my payment after having the stroke due to my loss of memory!

I needed a place that was at a good price for the space provided. I am a single mother and moved due to my separation. These guys have worked with me whenever I lose my gate code because my daughter would get it and rip it up or eat it or color on it. The customer service is awesome. Everyone is always friendly!! Love them!!

Cubesmart facility in Leesburg, VA. very adequately serves our accessible long term storage needs, at a reasonable price.

This was our first time renting a storage unit. The front office staff was very helpful in laying out our options and choosing a unit. The building our unit is in is well maintained and clean, access to the facility is more than adequate, and we have had no concerns regarding safety and security at the facility. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
