The office staff was very friendly and super helpful. Kegan explained everything, offered to help in any way he could and left nothing out. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for one.

Cubesmart provided a clean, secure, climate controlled and affordable storage facility. I would recommend this storage facility to others looking to store their possessions.

I was just looking for some nearby storage that would be able to hold onto some of my stuff for 8 months before I moved from the state. I was able to set up the reservation online and someone called to confirm the rest with me. They were upfront the entire way through about what the costs would be. Moving out was even simpler. Just emptied my unit and spoke to manager on duty who had me sign off on canceling the lease and I was done. I found it very convenient to be able to setup the payment for the unit as recurring online so I didn't have to think about it every month. It was a bit difficult to get to, but that is more the DFW's road system and not their fault.

Cube Smart on Texas St in Lewisville has a great employee in KIKI, she was very knowledgeable and VERY HELPFUL. this was the first time I have rented a storage and she was very very helpful and friendly. She is definitely a keeper.

I like the security and cleanliness of this facility. Great Facility. I just have a problem with the website. I have had to resubmit or get a new password EVERY month since I've had this account. It's annoying.

I live 2 miles from another Cubesmart location, but I choose to keep my business at her location, even though it is over 25 miles from my home. Ms. Sarah, Myron, and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond to provide me with amazing customer service for years!

I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I began the process of registering my unit and while I registered my unit. I received a phone call prior to my even visiting the storage facility. Every thing was explained my the manager K Donald upon my arrival. I would recommend this place to others.
