Needed a place to store some things while we were between homes great place would rather keep things in this place than the garage but that's the way it goes. The price for a super clean Super safe I'd rent one again in a minute. The staff was great and very helpful thank you

When my dad moved from a private home in Texas to an assisted living facility in Ohio, I needed to rent a small storage unit where his excess belongings could be stored until we could determine which items he'd be able to have with him in his studio unit. CubeSmart was conveniently located 2 miles from my apartment and about 5 miles from Dad's place, so it was easy for me to stop by the storage unit on my way to visit him and pick up items he needed. I like the month-to-month rental policy and the ease of switching to a different storage unit, if desired and available. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout the three months that I rented the storage unit.

Parked our cargo trailer there full of possessions. We felt it was safe and easy to get to any time.

We had two climate control storage units for 10 months while we were building our home. My only complaint is that both storage units prices increased after 6 month by $20/month each without explanation.

I have only one minor complaint about my unit. I had an indoor unit and the motion sensor lights frequently did not come on so I had to use a flashlight to see my items. I have no other complaints! Much better service and pricing than a previous storage facility I had used.

This location of CubeSmart in Grove City was clean, easy to access, and the managers and staff were courteous and helpful. The security was about average for a storage facility, and it's far too easy to tail other cars in, just as with many other facilities in general. That being said, there were few restrictions and overall they were very accommodating. My biggest qualm about it was that the rates went up frequently, increasing over a couple of years by 33% or so, and I'm not sure why the rates went up when there were no new additions, no new features, etc. Of course, still a very good storage facility, and would recommend to others.

I was mostly happy with the storage. Once I cleaned out the unit, my account was closed (which is great!), but no one notified me that it was closed. Would of been nice to get a notification which seems trivial given you have my phone, email, and address.

When searching for a storage unit, price, security and location were all important to us. CubeSmart met all 3 while providing excellent customer service.

I had nothing but a positive experience renting from Cubesmart. I rented for 18 months while we completed a home renovation and I had zero problems during my time renting from them.

I have use Cube smart for all my storage needs for over 2 years. One of the best if not the best storage facilities I've used. Very secure and tidy units at a great price.

The location was convenient. The staff was helpful. It seems the place was plenty secure. Good lighting, near traffic. But I would cover furniture if you put it in there. Our things were damp and dirty when we retrieved them. The unit never leaked. It was plenty clean inside. The dirt and dampness must just have been what blew in around the door over time.

They have great prices and everyone is really nice.

I like this storage facility but the regular annual price increases are too much. Be prepared to pay more. I'm at the point where I think it may be worthwhile to go to a different place every other year and pay the moving fees to do so.

I really like the convenience of this facility the staff is great they help any way they can they give you reminders by email they will even call you the facility is kept very clean and it is very secure what I love most is that all of my storage items and not in the weather elements the units are all inside in a temperature controlled building.

This place is fantastic; with great customer service! My son is severely autistic and does not have the attention span to wait for more than 5 min if he is some where he don't want to be at. The gentleman who signed me up was great, very understanding, and did what he could to go fast for me. He even made my son's day by doing something special for him. I'm very very happy with the Service and respect I had and the respect for my son.

I have used this facility two times and both times I had called and got the unit I needed. I dealt with Mandy who was in the office when I went in. She was wonderful ! Showed me my unit and even made it to where I wouldn't have to carry stuff very far since my husband is sick and couldn't help. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Mandy :) J D

The facility is nice and the staff members are pleasant. I've had my unit for four years now and they have always been really great about working with me if my payment is late. My only complaint would be that the cost of my unit has gone up a lot in the past couple of years and I feel there should be rent control. Nevertheless, it's a great storage facility!

when i went to retrieve a storage unit the mngmnt went above and beyond to make sure i rented the correct size unit. If not my items would not have fit for sure!!!
