I really like this place. I've had many storages over the years, and this one is one of the best ones I've had. Customer service was excellent, I like the fact that they are not trying to nickel and dime you to death like some of the others out there. Very straight forward, and the hours are great.

Cube smart has competitive prices and it was the only place in town that would let me store my car In an enclosed spot

So easy to sign up, easy to pay, and the employees are great to work with on any issues you have.

I am using this storage facility for years. Everything OK except time of access. You can not go in or even out of the facility after 10 pm.

Never had any problems. Always clean and well managed. Customer service has always been accommodating when things have gone wrong with my payments. Good price for what space I get.

I rented inside storage at this Greenback location for seven years. The location is secure and the staff is very good. The site manager has been there for years. A few years ago I needed extra customer care and I was directed to the regional manager. He took care of my concern the next day. This is a legit business that cares about their customers.

I had two storage units here for about 6 months. I had some issues with billing and not setting up my auto payments properly, but they were quickly resolved and all extra fees removed. I felt my things were very secure, and the location was very convenient. The staff was always friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint was that I just had the place for about 6 months, and the rent was increased during that time. You are kinda stuck when your stuff is there, so what are you going to do? Overall I was pleased, I would use them again, I might just ask more questions like how often rent is increased.

Second time using Cube Smart at this location. Very well run. Jason facilitated our rental each time. He is professional, efficient and nice to interact with.

This was my first storage unit and my first choice if i need storage again. I highly recommend this place to anyone with storage needs. Clean units. Super helpful staff. Hunter specifically made my experience with his knowledge and willingness to help. I had a very pleasant experience.

Storage facility clean, no problems entering and leaving, looks secure. Only one problem- apartments next door, someone threw rocks over wall - potential safety issue- lucky it didn't hit me or car.

My self storage is close and convenient. It is well kept. The staff is personable and knowledgeable.

Needed to store items prior to move. This was the most reasonably priced place for outside drive-up storage. It was conveniently located, easy to enter and exit, large space, very safe. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Access to storage unit is very easy. Onsite staff is very courteous.

Reserved a unit online; arrived at the location to be greated by friendly staff. Unit(s) reserved ready to show and was informed another larger unit was available which I was able to get right away. Location is great since my home is less than 6min away. Look forward to getting another Unit or two when they become availble since I'm moving from another storage facility and have many units. The only down side which is minor... no lighting in any of the storage units. So if you need to get something out of your unit in the evening; be sure to bring a bright flashlight or one of those LED lanterns.

We have been here 6 months, each month we have to go thru the chore of giving Jason (ofc Mgr) our billing info so he can again set us up on auto pay. Frustrating, having to do over & over again. Also our storage unit (10x20x15) went down in price, were we eligible to get that discount NO,rip off

I've been renting storage here for only a few months but I've been happy thus far. For the few times I've been there, security is often checking the grounds. Storage is kept dry and cool. Easy access in and out with code. Can't complain. The price is right.

Jason has been very helpful & was able to update my payment information over the phone. Very knowledgeable & a pleasant person to talk with when I need help with something.

My only complaint would be that the security key pad to enter the facility is in a inconvenient location. I drive a pickup truck, and after entering my access code, I have to back up before being able to turn in and enter through the security gates.

I've been through different storages for the past 10years. And I must say this is the one that is most friendliness.
