Great Customer Service
CubeSmart so far has been wonderful in regards to customer service and convenience in paying bills! Mary at the Folly Road location was incredibly helpful in assisting me with registering my storage unit despite the fact that I had two rambunctious guys with me to help me move, and she took it all in stride and even managed to laugh and joke around with them. She made us feel very welcome and was incredibly thorough in giving me all the information I needed to make sure I understood about the insurance on my unit as well as the facility's policies. Furthermore, I appreciate that y'all take all forms of payment and make paying online incredibly easy and even offer automatic bill pay each month. The only thing that I would like to see differently is if it were possible for y'all to extend gate access to be open 24 hours. I work a night job, and sometimes I find myself frustrated when I need to grab something from my unit, and would have had time to stop in after work, but y'all have already locked up. Other than that, I've been extremely happy with the level of customer service and will continue to use CubeSmart. Thank y'all again for making this a great experience!
