Every member of the staff has been so helpful. They made this process simple. They have also answered any and all questions I’ve had moving forward.

Overall I have had a very good experience with the storage facility, and would recommend it to anyone who was interested. The staff is always friendly and helpful and accommodating whenever I am in need of assistance. It is always clean and I am happy about the experience. The one thing that would be helpful would be if the lights stay on while you are in the storage area, and perhaps camera's being more visible when in the the area of ones unit. Otherwise it has been perfect!

I had an amazing experience selecting the right storage. Staff is very helpful, friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this place for self storage. I met the manager who was very helpful as well. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places.

In terms of the unit itself, there's good security at the front and the unit is adequately cleaned. However, a lot of the details of what renting one of these would entail came as a surprise since a lot of it wasn't explained before hand over the phone even though it shouldn't. I was also dismayed by the fact that the truck rental (which I thought was a courtesy) didn't come with its own insurance. I've never had a vehicle rental that didn't come with insurance and that as well was not explained at the onset.

I really trust this company with my stuff. Very honest people.

I had positive experiences with everything about this place except it's location on Rte. 10 can be inconvenient to get to, making it less than ideal.

I upgraded my 5x10 space to a 10x 20 unit, and the overall process could not have gone better!!

The staff was very helpful from the start, through the year that I needed storage, and at the end when the last carton was removed. I highly recommend this facility.

They were helpful and professional from day one, they always got back to me and followed up every one of my emails or calls. The facility was secure and a pleasure to do business with and would use again, if I needed the space.

My daughter attends a University about 5 miles away and we were looking for summer storage. The staff at the Littell Road location are fantastic! The manager made a folllow-up call after the unit was booked to make sure that the reservation was correct and made himself available to answer all of her questions. Upon arriving, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful while reviewing all documents and made sure that she was all set to move in. I also appreciated that I could set up auto pay through my bank, I never had to worry about making the payment. The unit was clean and ready for use. There was a dolly in the hall for guest use and the grounds are secure. Being a mom who lives 5 hours away I was very comfortable with her entire experience and would highly recommend Cube Smart for your storage needs! We will be back next summer!

I used this unit to store my stuff this summer in between moving apartments and I can honestly say this is the best service I’ve had with a storage company! Danielle and Nicole were so friends and so helpful with everything they could! The unit was very clean and always easy to access! I never had any problems and they honestly made he whole process unbelievably easy! I highly reccomend using smart cube in east Hanover!

They seemed very secure, but the gate malfunctioned a few times and was completely off its hinges when coming to drop things off. Was a bit concerned about that but overall, they had great customer service and helped me with any questions I had.

Very secure site, always clean. Now the staff is what makes this place special. Between Ray, Danielle and Rob, there was always someone there to help when help was needed. I'm an overseas costumer, so I was a challenge to guys from store 0311 from the very beginning. Aside from certain communications problems I managed to mess up closing the deal and more to it I'm pretty sure my inconvenient actions forced them to violate a lot of rules they have. Nevertheless they did manage to assist me in every single matter and even saved me from mistakes I've made. Thank you guys!

Arrived at this location frazzled and out of my mind. The older gentleman who greeted me at the gate was nothing less of an amazing employee and inidivual. He assisted me with choosing the best locker option for my storage needs with a grand smile. So polite and slightly humorous as well. Definitely will recommend this location to my college friends and colleagues for immediate storage needs.

While the facitily is pretty standard, what makes this facility worthwhile is the people who work there. Danielle, Kris and their boss are very friendly!

I had a great experience with CubeSmart. The process was fast and simple and they offer the most reasonable prices in town. I met with both Ray and Nicole (East Hanover location) who were both equally nice and knowledgable. They even gave me some tips and were upfront with information and answered every question I asked.

We were forced to rent 2 storage units for almost 15 months and we found that Cube smart was always clean, friendly and secure no matter what time of day or night we had to go to the storage unit. We found the staff of the East Hanover Facility extremely helpful especially when I kept forgetting our passcode to get into the security gate. They always asked for id and made sure that it was me before writing my passcode down again for me.

I have used a number of self storage facilities over the years and CubeSmart has been my best experience.

I initially chose CubeSmart because of the low rates compared to other facilities nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and pleasant the entire staff at my location was, however, and also very pleased with the availability of the free truck for move-in. I figured it would be very difficult and limited to schedule the use of one, but I was able to get one, on pretty short notice, for a Saturday morning. Overall storing with CubeSmart has been an overwhelmingly positive experience.

This was our first experience with looking for a storage unit. We checked with 4 other units and when we stopped here, we knew our search was over. Ray, the manager, was excellant in explaining everything to us, how it works, payments, operating hours, etc. He showed us numerous units so that we could make an informed decision. We felt like he was sincerely interested in our needs, and not his corporate budget. We were able to use their truck at n/c plus a "Thank-You" note even came in the mail. We're retired, and we both were in professions where we delt with people everyday. The other places we looked at...even other stores and restaurants...should take a lesson from this company. The rates were competitive as well. Feel free to compare, but make sure you check out units at 60 Littell Rd, East Hanover, NJ.

Staff was wonderful. Always felt as though if we ever had an issue, we could go right to the office and they would take care of it for us. Would not heitate to recommend their business.

The facility is well made with clean and neatly organized units. On top of great prices this place also has really great customer service. The people here are super nice. Their location made them the affordable choice for me but it's the people that made me so glad that I drove out of the city...
