The overal storage facility is perfect . Rudy and Diane are amazing people they are sweet and they do a amazing job I have used them multiple times over the last 5-6 years and they always are there for questions and assistance. A huge thanks to them. If they were not the managers I would not use them. I’ve used multiple different storage places and they are the best hands down...

I really like CubeSmart a lot, the main reason I decided to move, was the rising price. I can no longer afford to pay the rent there. If I ever need another storage in the future, CubeSmart would be my first choice.

Store attendant opened the door for me and greeted my with a warm smile and an inviting manner. She walked me through the whole process of renting a unit, answered all my questions, and got me all set up in less than 20 minutes. Easily the best customer service experience I've received in three years. Facility was clean, and the storage units were clean, secure and well lit.

I needed, exactly what anyone needed who goes to a storage place... a "Unit". The website is laid out well, there is no "bait & switch" once you get there - the staff is not only courteous, but friendly - in a literal sense. Almost as if you had a long time friendship. The facility itself - I have (unfortunately) - both an inside AND an outside unit (climate controlled and not) - both were clean, secure and ready for move in. Over the years, living in different states, I have had to use storage units - and some were simply scary and/or trashy. Not CubeSmart. I can honestly say - out of all the places - this is THE one I will always use, when I need storage. Granted - I do not like to need this. It isn't fun. However - I am writing this review because I feel strongly that this is the best place I have ever seen and used for all my treasures (no, I'm not a hoarder - I simply have too much stuff... hahaha). The "ONLY" thing you need to know, but this is everywhere in the U.S., is that you have to have an insurance policy. They offer them onsite, and it will seem like it is an upcharge or fee. Personally, I carry my own renters insurance policy, so I didn't have to use theirs. So - either get a policy yourself, or use theirs... either way - your things are protected in case something ever goes wrong. Good Luck - and give them a try. You will not be sorry. The people here are the greatest. Very friendly and always there when you need them. Location is convenient and they live on site so security is not a problem. Returning customer and will always be using this location for any of my storage needs.

Facility is very nice and clean. Management are very pleasant to work with.

I have been a customer for about 7 months now and have had the best experience in dealing with the staff. They know me by my name in the second month and I only have made payments at the office. They are very professional and very outgoing people who make the experience a very enjoyable occurrence.

The unit was very clean almost new looking ! The lady and gentleman at the front were very nice and customer service was excellent. Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable about storing my items at their facility!

Diana was so friendly and helpful - we had to change our begin date twice due to logistical changes with our moving company, and we had to change the size of our originally requested storage unit. Diana handled all of these hassles with a smile, and always said "no problem - happy to help!" Very impressed.

Staff is very friendly, the woman working actually stayed a few minutes over her shift to make sure I was well taken care of. The office and general storage facility is very clean and well maintained.

Diane found me a unit that would be easily accessible to a 65-ft moving van and one large enough for my goods.

I was very impressed by this facility the moment I saw it. It is very well kept, very secure, and has an excellent staff. I spent a lot of time organizing my unit over the summer. There is a bathroom on sight for customers to use and they even offered me a cold bottle of water. Very nice!

My husband and I have been storing our boat for the winter at the Loves Park location of Cubesmart for the past three or four years and we love the facility. Clean storage where we have never had any sign of mice or any other damage to our boat. Love working with Diane as she goes the extra mile to make sure our experience is great. It has been long enough now I look forward to my October visit to set up our space as it is like "coming home and seeing family you haven't seen for a few months". Nothing can top that.

Extremely nice people and that made me even more comfortable wanting to leave my belongings there. My initial contact was over the phone, and I chose this particular facility because of how "customer friendly" Diane was when I initially spoke to her. This Cube Smart is quite a way from where I live, but I chose it because of Diane. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

This is a sparkling clean, very convenient storage facility. Dianne and her husband could not be more helpful and friendly. I am storing a 40 foot long motorhome there.

Relocating can be stressful enough and I had contacted two storage facilities and CubeSmart was suggested and what a blessing!!!! Although my storage need was last minute and I did not get the ideal storage space, the staff was MORE than helpful. What was shown on the website was actually true. Great deals, great people and great storage!

My local facility was able to accommodate me within short notice and gave me a great deal.
