You dog the customer for payments.
To the Headquarters:
My main issue is with headquarters. Specifically, by not accepting check payments online and only credit card payments, you limit payment options. Also, you dog the customer for payments when making payment within 7 days of due date and lock me out of the storage facility...really?
I do not appreciate the recent increases in storage costs without any advance notice. Use your automation and efficiency to benefit the customer so that they can plan accordingly.
