I have to reset my password every time I attempt to log in online and I am utterly and completely tired of it. Over the last 24 hours, I've had to reset my password about 6 times. THAT IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. I was just trying to pay on my unit. I pay online because of the hours that I work exceed with the storefront hours and it's less expensive than paying by phone. Something needs to be done to make this less difficult.

Deanna was very pleasant to work with. I enjoyed her friendliness and willingness to assist and explain things. I also like that the facility has and elevator and is very clean. Will continue to work with them. Thanks again!

Family needed additional space, moved to larger unit at same location. Storage units and hallways are as clean as expected.. Office very clean, bathroom exceptionally clean and an outside water fountain with ice cold water was impressive, especially during this hot weather. We are very happy with the service and professionalism from staff and Deanna, the Manager. I feel she went out of her way to help us with the transition. I do appreciate her help, knowledge and her good people skills.

From day one I was helped with the utmost respect and friendliness, Mr Edwin Cole was who took my initial phone call and explained all the options I had, explained about the insurance and everything related to money was clear from day one. GM De’Anna Scott was often there to answer questions I may have had and she asnswed my questions with clarity and disposition. I actually had my cc cancelled a couple of times they would just call me and get it all straightened out for me when I was feeling overwhelmed, they made the experience so effortless, I would recommend this place to everyone. If could give them 10 stars I would.

You have an excellent professional staff on site. Very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The location was so convenient and the facility was always clean. I liked that you had to have a code to enter and exit the premises.

Cube Smart is a great storage facility. The personnel are great, and the storage spaces are clean and amazingly dust-free. My only complaint is that they require you to pay money each month for insurance, whether you want it or not. Perhaps that is the way all storage facilities are, but it was annoying to me, and the reason for a 4 star instead of 5 star rating.

First of all..Deanna is the queen of Cube smart. I've never been treated so professional and laughed so much. I had a personal issue and Deanna calmed me and turned my sadness into happiness. The elevator broke and my move out date was due but Deanna was able to help me get more time and a refund to move my few belongings out from the 3rd floor! Who does that!? DEANNA that's who. Visited this location and the manager - De'Annna helped me choosing the nest storage facility for my needs and getting a good price. She is very courteous and showed good patience in attending my case. Te storage facility is maintained very well and clean.

These great people have been helping me so much. I love cubesmart. They are great to work with, and understand situations. There was a leakage outside my unit and just to make sure they asked me to go check so that insurance could take care of any damages. There weren't any but if there were I know they wouldve helped me as well.

I have had a storage unit here for several years. I find the place very clean, the staff very professional and efficient. Speaking for myself, I have never had any problems.

My only problem's with you guys is having to pay to use an automated system to give you money and having to push 1 to speak English.
