I moved from public storage to this location. Crystal is a highly competent professional, with excellent customer service. I highly recommend her as she has always been very helpful. I have been dealing with her as a customer for a while and have no complaints about her work. Overall this is an excellent location relative to some others.

Everything would be excellent if not that the light outside my unit has been out for 6-8 months. The office people say a work order has been requested, but nothing seems to happen. I have to use a flash light to see anything in my unit. Can this be corrected? The other customer service has been excellent.

This was a fill-in facility until I could an enclosed facility closer to my fishing home.

Everything would be excellent except that the light outside our unit had been out for months. The office says they have requested work on it. It is note just the bulb being out. It has been at least five months.

I only needed a storage facility for a couple of months while moving, and the process was super fast. I felt like my stuff was secure while I was away, and renting was at a reasonable price!
