Love this location. Ray Ross and General Manager Jordan are awesome. I didn't like the price hike. I was renting just last month and the prices was lower.

Ray was very informative and kind. He made sure to let us know everything we needed to know and how it works. It was stress free and seamless. Pretty much got everything done under 20 mins probably.

My experience with the Manor CubeSmart location has been nothing but EXEMPLARY. Theron and Ray are Knights In Shining Armor! Meaning, courteous, customer-friendly and customer accommodating. It’s my hope to have my own place again, but I know for sure, if I need to store my items, it will be here with the Manor CubeSmart Team!

The Manor staff were great to work with and remembered us every time we walked in. The grounds were kept clean and we always had easy access to our stuff. The storage was secure and well maintained... never any trash laying around. This was a great facility that I'd recommend to anyone looking to store their stuff protected from the Texas heat.

The gentlemen here are true professionals. We needed a covered storage and they were able to oblige us pretty quickly. Took the time ( in this Texas blazing sun) to show me what they had available.

We did not move out - we simply moved to a smaller unit. Staff was very efficient and helpful. This place is really kept up nicely. I highly recommend.

We decided to relocate when we finally found a new facility opening up just a couple of miles from home. With your facility we were driving about 30 miles one way.

Theran was excellent and handled everything professionally and efficiently. I will recommend this Cube smart to anyone!

The staff were more interested in meeting my needs than renting me the most expensive storage space. From the beginning of my rental experience up until the time we were able to finally moving into our home, the staff were always professional, courteous, and easy to work with!

Downsized but also considered the price. The storage was too expensive. I visited the storage maybe once a year if at that, when I went to clean up, I couldn't believe all the dead roaches and rat droppings! I chose a storage with climate control in order to avoid rodents but this one had too many. I don't have rodents at home and my boxes were taped up pretty good. I only had 2 containers with clothes, these were the only items that didn't have any droppings inside.

Rented a climate controlled unit for almost two years with only one small complaint. A few of my items had some rodent damage but overall I would rent from CubeSmart again if the need arose.

Nice storage facility friendly people.Theron Smith the representative did a very nice job it was very efficient and very pleasant to deal with. The prices are very very good compared to many other facilities.

We had two covered and one open spot for many years. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

Only complaint is an upgrade of the entry and exit system. Takes me a few times to exit when entering my code.

I have been with CubeSmart, and the current On-Site Property Managers, since September of 2013. I have had multiple storage units, office space and a Parking Garage for my horse trailer. I have been extremely pleased with the helpfulness of the staff during the week, and can always count on them to help me out with whatever my particular needs are that day or week. I don't know what I would have done without them, and still to this day, they continue to meet my every need and go above and beyond, each and every time! Thanks Kim and staff! I have been using this storage facility on/off for the last five years and have never had a problem with it. The staff are very helpful and plesant to deal with. It is on my way when going or coming home on Hwy 290.

This is a GREAT place to store. The Workers there are nice and very helpful. The only thing is the bugs that they have no control over. other then that AWESOME place to store!!!

They had exactly what we wanted when we needed it and the staff is always friendly.

A few roommates and I rented out a storage unit from Kim and Jamie over the summer of 2014. Kim and Jamie readily honored the (cheaper) online booking rate and gave us a tour of the facilities to help us decide on unit size requirements for our needs. They also went above and beyond by lending us a dolly so that we could easily move our furniture and a few blankets so that our furniture would not get scraped on the truck floor as they were being transported. They did this out of the kindness of their heart, without knowing if they would see the materials returned, and without expense to us. The staff and facility were top notch! The staff were very helpful and courteous as well as professional. The facility is clean and organized.

If needed we would rent from this place again and would gladly refer it to others.
