I was really pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and product at Cubesmart today. I needed storage space for about 10 boxes. Looked around at all the typical places. Then I saw Cubesmart ads. Looked at it online and thought ... this is the future of storage. I made an appointment at the 800 number. The gamechanger was the quality of face-to-face service I encountered at the front office with Izabella. So polite, so smart, so thorough in her explanation. I was sold. Signed up right there.

Customer service is excellent. The manager guides You through your every question, your every need,and Wants. Doubts, and looking into future needs. Very easy to access, Very safe, very clean.

This is a super convenient location for me! The staff is very helpful and friendly which I really appreciate! And the move in was super fast and easy. I’m most grateful for the fair price! Many storage places have astronomical prices which are unfair and unrealistic for the average person like myself. Overall I am very pleased with this storage facility! If I had any suggestions of something that could use improvement, it would be to add a few extra, fully functioning, smoother (all wheels working -lol) carts/ dolly/ hand trucks.

CubeSmart is a very convenient storage facility for me. There are several storage companies near me but CubeSmart has really clean and air conditioned units. The staff at the West Palm Beach location on Dixie Highway are very accommodating.

I do not recall the names of the two that assisted me but they were so friendly. Had me all set up in a jiffy, and were a lot of fun to work with. I had an issue with accessing my unit one day and they resolved the issue quickly and service was just as great as my first visit. I would have never expected this type of service at a storage facility.

The woman on the phone from cubesmart just stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the process of registering my new debit card..I could have never done it without her help.It was much appreciated and very helpful

I absolutely LOVE this staff!!!! I have a disability due to an injury a few months ago. Without fail, I am greeted at the door with a bright and friendly smile, and a helping hand as I hobble around on one crutch, now. Jaz was very helpful in explaining the details of sign up for both me, and my sister to each have units. Sintiller is absolutely on the ball every time! Whenever I have encountered an issue with gate access, elevator maintenance, finding a cart, or general office questions/ visits, he is always quick to jump to the task at hand and provide EXCELLENT customer service! Absolutely love this location, and it's employees. Thank you guys so much for all your help! Keep smiling! It makes you shine above the rest! Thank you!!!!

Besides the broken dollies, everything else was far more superior to other storage facilities. The building itself was built to withstand (at least) 150 mph winds. I feel secure putting my belongings in this particular storage facility.

The facility was clean, air conditioned and the customer service was outstanding!

It’s a great storage location and amenities are great. Honestly, the best thing about it is the staff that works there. They are so friendly, accommodating and always willing to help with anything.

This Cube Smart is convenient and safe. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. My modest complaints. One elevator was broken for many weeks a few months ago...this became extremely inconvenient for 2nd floor users. It's inexcusable for a large company like this to blame it on a backordered part. The cleanliness is good but not great especially if there has been a significant move-out it may be a few days before it is cleaned up. Lastly the push carts are awful and antiquated - they are a borderline hazard and likely the reason all corners of the hallways are all banged up. However in general a good experience.

Good location i can walk there only issue is that they I had some water damage to a TV and some items which I did not want to make a big deal about as I was dealing with other things and was hoping they will will a t least replace the TV other folks would make up stories to get things that they did not loose but honesty I guest dose not always payoff .

Since I first moved into this unit 2 years ago it was very convenient for me. Over the time I had a couple months where I was late but I was never made to feel like my life experiences werent understandable. No matter who I waa dealing with they were always pleasant and clear as to what my options were. You have an excellent staff!

all and all was a good experience. Just became to costly. I have referred 3 people to my particular cube smart and nothing from them.

This is the 2nd time we rent from cubesmart, and we had good experience both times, we only left because our storage needs changed. I'm sure in the future if needed I will return again. Great friendly staff.

The folks who work here were the greatest; especially the property manager. Countless times they were there for me.

I'd highly recommend the facility for your needs...climate controlled and on the second floor, so no worries about flood or water.... Interactions with staff were all great, except for last day, when the woman seemed a little "put out" that I asked twice to have her lift the gate (by simply pushing a button in the office), since my code was already terminated, and I could not exit. I'd recommend, and would rent there, again, if I ever moved back to Lake Worth.

The customer service, cleanliness, and convenience have all been excellent at this location. There were a few months when the elevator was broken almost every day, so my storage unit wasn't accessible. One time, I left my lock unlocked and they noticed and called me - awesome customer service! I'll probably switch to another storage unit because the price goes up by about $20 every year. I've had this unit for several years, so it's now about $70/mth more than it was initially. :(

At my request; my self storage space has 24 hour access, my individual storage space has electric outlets and lighting. Very professional,friendly and accommodating staff!

This self-storage is the best we've used, it's clean, well lit and safe. The manager is extremely helpful and the rest of the staff friendly. I highly recommend it.

I have rented two different size units in the air conditioning portion on the bottom floor and both were clean and access to the building is easy and secure. The light bulb is out in my current unit but it doesn't really make a difference since are so many lights in the hallway. I would feel good about recommending this facility to anyone who needs a storage shed, especially an indoor one with AC.

The Cube smart facility is clean and very easily accessible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Eva the Manager at my Cube Smart is always eager to help you and she is very sweet. I feel safe when going to my storage unit. Best storage place and this is my first time using a storage facility.

Recently switched to CubeSmart Lake Worth from a competitor. CubeSmart clean, on second floor - bright space, easy to access, lighting very good. Management attentive and available to answer questions or give advice. Manager assisted us in selecting correct size space and making sure we had thought out things we would need, etc. Exceptional compared to local competitors. Very satisfied with service and assistance.

I find the unit to be extremely clean and has ease of accessibility.
