Clean, accessible I upsized my unit to a 10 × 15 reasonably priced

Everything I put into the storage unit was kept nice under a climate controlled environment. I will share this experience with my family and friends.

I enjoyed my stay, and was very satisfied. I don't have any regrets at all with regards to Cube Smart. Cube Smart provided me as a tenet with excellent service. I have no complaints at all. I wished I could've continue to rent with Cube Smart, however I had to seek the same service at a more reasonable rate.

I know what you're thinking "this is just a storage place," right? Well, I can say that in my time as an adult I have never encountered more helpful, sweet, and excellent customer service in any way or industry. The front desk ladies at CubeSmart treat their customers like VIPs. There are so many people in the service industry who are rude or short-tempered, or just seem annoyed doing their jobs but the people at this CubeSmart are simply the best. The facilities are great too. The indoor in airconditioned. The place has cameras everywhere, and everything is clean. But again, the customer service is the best in any business.

After 3 years we no longer needed the extra storage space. During the three years we were there our unit was always clean and the grounds well maintained. The workers were friendly and professional. Thank you .

Good clean facility, professional staff, secure, but I did not like how they raised the rent to $180 a month for a 10x20 unit when all of the other storage places offer that size for just under the $160 that I was paying. I choose cube smart because they were conveniently located.

CubeSmart has very nice storage and the rental price is not bad

First time I rented here and I haven't had a storage facility need in more than a decade. Mary Ann was delightful and very helpful. I later needed an additional unit in which Flo helped me. Again, the best customer service and the friendliest people. I feel safe and secure in the building. On-site management is very attentive. I will never use another storage facility.

I've been with CubeSmart for 2 months and my initial impression that this was the best choice has not changed and I found the service to be just as excellent yesterday when I reserved a second unit. Mary Ann Koronkowski was so helpful. When she works with you, you feel like she is an old friend helping you out. She happy, eager to please, and actually listens to you which seems to be a dying art in customer service. If all facilities offer the same excellent service, cleanliness, and always placing the customer first, there is no doubt the I will never go elsewhere for storage nor is there any other company that I would recommend to others.

When I first called looking for a storage unit, I spoke to someone that was very helpful. The gentleman made sure that there was something available for me he was very professional and took the initiative to contact this location. The woman at this location gave me a courtesy call to verify my reservation and to walk me through a few details she also helped prepare me and made some very useful suggestions which I took advantage of and it worked out very well. When I arrived at the location the lady at the front desk was very helpful. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a wonderful smile. When talking to her I was very pleased with her customer service and her knowledge of the facility the appearance of facility was very Queen and I knew that this was the best place for me to be just by looking at it. The prices were very competitive and she made the transition very easy. I would definitely refer anyone to utilize this facility from the excellent customer service the cleanliness of the facility, and the security of the individual units makes me very comfortable with storing any & everything at this facility. I was very amazed and I would not want to use any other storage unit.

I started out with Champion Storage and it was acquired by Cube Smart Storage. The rates went up, I'm not sure if it is just what storage companies do or if it's because I've had late payments. In any case, I've been using this Storage Facility for very long time and overall it works for me for now.

I actually reviewed this storage company online and sign up. I was coming from work the office was about to close. Flo and Mary Ann waited on me to get there. I was impressed! They took their time and explain every detail of the storage unit, rules and regulations and I understood it all. I appreciate you girls! Thank You!
