Moved here recently and I have to say this is the best self storage facility I’ve ever rented from. Great customer service and what a great facility for the money. Very secure and I love the security on property. I would highly recommend this location for any storage needs you may have. I’ll be a customer from here on out.

Clean, bright and easily accessed facility. Love having the hand trucks to load and unload. Very convenient and secure.

Very clean, airconditioned, convenient elevators. dollies, secure. Only one issue is there - the price difference should be applied for the cubes, in which part of the space is taken with some build-ins. Actual storage space is then smaller than it is advertised.

I enjoyed my experience here and the Gary at the office was just awesome. He took his time explaining the operations and also made my mom, daughter me very relaxed. I do think you could focus on more than one key card, there was 3 of us. But overall just GREAT!!

The general manager at this facility is awesome! He made sure to accommodate to all my needs and asked all of my questions appropriately. I love the cleanliness and reliability of this storage facility. My mom has used it several times and now I’m using it, too. Would recommend to have a couple more dollies or carts, but that’s about it. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Best Around; Mr Gary is the greatest and always there to help. Never had a single issue and this is my 2nd time renting storage space from Mr Gary. The facility was always well let easy to get to and you're never in the Sun or rain. Second time renting at this location and would do it again.

The CubeSmart near the Renaissance Commons area in Boynton Beach, Fl was perfect in terms of location, size, cleanliness, staff, and pricing. My only suggestion is that upon moving out, a closing form or receipt should be given.

This storage facility is conveniently located not to mention the local is clean , safe and so close to shopping areas and apartment buildings you can practically walk to your storage. But best of all is the Team. Gary and Lisa are always very friendly and caring. Always ready to assist. THANK YOU!

we needed an a/c storage facility while our house was being painted and some repairs that needed to be done before we were able to move in. Customer service was very good and very helpful. The facility was very clean and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this facility.

We had a 10x10 unit and found the whole place to be clean an secure. The staff was super friendly The only down side was they only had one elevator and they need more flatbed carts. Parking can sometimes be a challenge as people park in the unloading area and then work on their storage room for hours tying up parking spots and flat bed carts. I would recommend this facility.

Staff are very helpful and care about the customers. Units are clean and have AC. Location is great as well.

The staff at my local CubeSmart was able to help me move from a larger unit into a smaller unit with no hassle

We needed a place to storage furniture and household items while we were renovating our condo. We found the right size, at a good price. Elevator access was easy. And the unit we had was just off of the elevator area. The unit was quiet, clean, climate controlled. Over the 6 months we used the unit, there was only one day that we didn't have access to a trolley. It was a busy day, with 2 moving trucks there. We just went at the wrong time. Other than that day, parking was easy. A very well run facility.

Gary in Boynton Beach was most helpful setting up a storage unit for my dad’s memorabilia. It was a difficult time for me and his professionalism and compassion made this move much easier.

The facility is an indoor one so it is air conditioned. You park in a garage to then go to your unit, so you and your stuff never get wet if it's raining. There are heavy duty carts on which you can wheel your stuff to your unit. For the elevator door to close and move from the garage and the unit floors, one must 1st wave an ID card across the elevator keypad eye. This prevents those who don't have storage units from lurking in the building and elevators. Access to the units is til 10PM. The office is open til 6PM weekdays and 3PM weekends with helpful personnel. They sell supplies and have cameras monitoring the facility. The building is fairly new and modern and clean. They sent an email to everyone a few days before Hurricane Irma arrived to let us know they were locking the facility down early for safety in case we needed to store or remove something. There are closer places to my house, but it is well worth the few extra minutes drive to go to this facility.

Dave the stove manager is great. He will help you find the space you need for the price that is right for you. He even explain the insurance fee which I honestly was not aware of from researching on the internet (may have been overlooked on my end). It was an additional $12 a month so it was not that bad. Also he advised me to get a lock for my unit or buy one from him which would cost around $20. That right there let me know he wasn't in the business of wanting to take my money. Always nice to see a manager wanting to help a struggling teacher out. I got the space I needed for the price that fit my budget. Thanks Dave!

I was in need of some temporary storage in the boynton beach area so I visited the Renaissance self storage (cubesmart) . I made an online reservation prior to my visit. When I arrived all my paper work was in order and everything was well organized. Jennifer explained everything about the facility and I felt very comfortable with everything. The facility is clean, safe and organized. It is in a busy area so I felt safe. There are always people around. Not like some facilities which are very isolated. Thank you to Jennifer and the Renaissance self storage. Job well done. Highly recommend!

The employees are always helpful and friendly. Facility is well lit and clean. There are always available moving dolly's if you need. Easy in/out access. My only suggestion would be that they provide door stops for inside doors that close on hinges or perhaps at least put in hinges that close slowly so you can get through, with your boxes/dolly, without becoming a door sandwich.

Renaissance Commons Storage is very helpful! Every time we had a question or concern they were able to quickly answer with accuracy.

I have more problems getting the website to recognize my login which forces me to make a payment over the phone and incur the service charge or have to drop off the payment. I am beginning to wonder if this company is worth the effort since their prices aren't all that cheap.

My wife and I recently moved back to Boynton beach and needed a storage room. We went with CubeSmart because their price was affordable and a great location close to home. I am so glad we went with CubeSmart because they have the best customer service. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful and she even came by to check on un while we were unloading the truck. She even brought us cold water to drink. Simple things like that go a long way.

Been at the Renaissance CubeSmart for a year now, and couldn't be happier! The manager (Gary) and the staff are all very customer-oriented and will frequently go above-and-beyond the call of duty to help resolve an issue. The facility has to be one of the cleanest storage facilities I've EVER used (and I've used more than 50 in my life); climate and security are always a top priority, so I feel VERY comfortable and confident storing my stuff there. If you're looking for a top-notch, climate-controlled storage facility, look no further - Renaissance CubeSmart is THE best!! Great job folks!!

I just want to say what a wonderful experience we have had doing business here. The staff s wonderful and always attentive to our needs. It is always clean, bright and friendly and staff is constantly looking after the property AND us! If there is an issue with someone leaving items in the hallway, we receive a phone call to make sure it wasn't something we mistakenly left behind. If we have questions, they are always dealt with in a friendly, quick and efficient way. We have been very, very happy with CubeSmart and after our two years of renting with you, we have no complaints, issues or problems of any kind....only complements. I have had storage units for 30 years, where I store equipment for my work. I actually go out of my way to store my stuff here. I live nearer to a bunch of cheaper places, and have tried them out, but always came back to this facility. It's just so much nicer! There are enough hand trucks and they roll easily. The floors are clean, the staff is friendly, the hours work for me, and best of all, this particular facility has a huge COVERED loading area! There are no first-floor units, but it doesn't matter because it's so easy to get in and out. Once in while an elevator has broken down... the layout of this building is such that some floors can only be accessed by one elevator, and other floors have two elevators. So if you need to get to your stuff regularly like I do, make sure to ask for a unit in the middle (above the loading area), that can be accessed via both elevators.

I went to check out several storage places and cubesmart was the best option. They have a few locations in my area and I chose the closest one which is a couple of miles away. The manager was great as well (Marsha Perez). I also saw the location on Federal and the manager there was also super great. I was very impressed with how clean and well kept both locations were. The climate control was also great since I have things that can get ruined if not in the proper environment. I am really happy with my decision to get a storage unit. :)

Worth it HAS GREAT ACCESS WITH CARTS LARGE BAY AREA

This is THE cleanest storage facility in town. We have been to every storage facility with a ten mile range of our area and this is by far the cleanest and most convenient (at least for us) facility around. The office manager is fantastic and super helpful. To top it off, it was the best priced by far. Thank you Renaissance Storage!
