This is my first time getting a storage unit and everyone has been extremely helpful and polite. No hesitation answering any of my questions and extremely friendly. The facility is extremely clean and easy to navigate. Having items to borrow to help unload or move is amazing. I feel ok leaving my items there. Amazing place and experience. Thank you!

Aside from have mold on my couch and spiders everywhere this was easy and secure

I moved from a open site to a covered site. I've been on the waiting list for a while. Covered sites are coveted, so I was lucky to get one. Alan called me as soon as a spot opened. I went over and within minutes we had the transfer paper work done and I was on my way. Really super and friendly service! Thank you

The car/RV/truck outdoor storage area was terrible. Junk everywhere, junky cars/trucks/etc and trash. They got a new site manager and suddenly most of the junk is gone.
