After getting a quote and holding a unit online, I found something advertised as cheaper. When I called in to release the hold, I spoke to Jen! She is amazing - super knowledgeable and broke everything down for me including their current promo which was cheaper than their competitor - by half! She saved me a ton of money. When I went in an hour later to confirm, I spoke to Amy who was very friendly and answered all of my questions with considerable info! The place is extremely clean - immaculate, air conditioned, indoors, lots of security features too! She got me out of their and unloading after about 20 mins! It stays open late and the rolling carts makes unloading super easy!

Why does the moving truck say free when you are using cube smart storage but when you ask to use it there is a deposit and fees.

I recently rented a 10 x 10 unit at CubeSmart in Surprise AZ (store 6230), and I my experience was outstanding. The facility is clean, easy to access, and the management staff superb. After renting and placing boxes in my unit, I forgot to secure my unit and quickly had a call from the manager (Eric V) to let me know. When doing my final household move into storage, I ran out of space. Maria H was available to quickly arrange an addition unit for me. She "went the extra mile" to coordinate the access codes since the units are on different floors. She also assured that I had the correct pricing on the additional unit. The CubeSmart website is easy to navigate, set up account, and arrange monthly auto-payment. I highly recommend the facility for storage in the Phoenix west valley!
