I love my storage space at Cube Smart! It is located on my daily commute so I can stop by frequently. It is very secure and well lit. It has security cameras and secure entry doors. It is a very clean and bright facility with easy access and convenient loading areas. I love the loading dock area...great back saver! Great staff as well! They are friendly, courteous and helpful. They always have a smile on their faces! Payments are so easy online. All around value and service!

This is the first time I utilized temporary storage. It was easy to set up, easy to access my space, easy to get into during non office hours. Well lit, smooth floors - with no long term contract.

Tried calling my facility and call went to voicemail. Prerecorded message indicated I could reach customer service directly by pressing "1", but that didn't work, then I was incorrectly routed several times through call center system. Tried to get record of payent history for last several months, can only access payments for 2015. Nothing before.
