The facilities are nice and met my expectations. The women that assisted me with move-in dates and rescheduling were very nice and helpful. I would recommend Cube Smart to anyone as they were recommended to me.

Ive been very happy with the safety of my room. I once didn't properly secure my lock to my unit. In the morning received a phone from the front desk employee who had informed me of my open unit. I was very grateful and surprised of the security I was given.

I shopped around before I made my choice - CubeSmart! The prices for climatized storage units were the best at CubeSmart. Additionally, the level of security and cleanliness at CubeSmart was outstanding! I have to drive an extra 5 miles to get to CubeSmart as there are other storage facilities that were closer to my residence, but it is well worth the few extra miles. (You do not have to include this next part in my review. I have had trouble with the online system accepting my password. After several attempts of changing the password, I noticed that if my password was longer than 8 characters, the system would not accept my password - in the next section after the password was created and confirmed. So I was forced to create an 8 character password. I don’t think this is very secure. Also, the keypad outside my unit is hard to press/enter the code. Otherwise everything else is great!)

From day one the ladies in the front have been so helpful and friendly. I was in there today and was having a horrible day and Dena asked if she could give me a hug. It brought me to tears, such a friendly lady who cares about her customers. The storage building is always clean as well and the convenience and hours is great for the busy life.

We rented three units from the New Braunfels Cubesmart over a seven month period while our new home was being built. Each time we would drive down from Illinois we would bring a 16 ft or 26 ft Penske truck down fully loaded with our possessions. Dena and Tammy were great and so helpful. We really can't thank them enough or say enough great things about them or Cubesmart. We rented from Cubesmart because we had experience with them previously and had never ever had a problem. Cubesmart is a great place to store your belongings! We highly recommend them!!!

This facility was conveniently located, very secure and clean, plus excellent customer service!

We were literally on our way to the airport and needed to switch units. Tammie helped us with all the paperwork for the new unit and found a unit close enough so we could move our things from the old to new unit. It was amazing to get all this done, moved, and locked up in under an hour.

Cube smart is clean and well maintained. The problem I had was they charged you to make payments and raised my rent after 4 months. I moved my items to a more reasonable price storage

The staff is great. They are extremely helpful. The facility is clean, secure and well maintained. The aisles are wide which is very nice when you have a moving truck or trailer. Most facilities have such narrow aisles and it’s a big positive to have room.

I would definitely recommend this storage facility to others! I stored my furniture in a climate controlled unit in between moves and never once hesitated about the safety of my things. The ladies in the front office were always friendly, and they even allowed me to borrow their facility moving carts/dollies so I could easily move my stuff into my new apartment. Great experience.

This is an excellent facility if you need to store your extra stuff. We had a climate controlled unit and it kept all our possessions in good condition and out of the blistering Texas heat. The staff were always most helpful.

The lock on one of my units needs changing out. Someone bent it and has been a struggle to open and close for over 2 yrs. I have had to go get management on several occasions to help. Unit #1047

This place is clean and well kept up. But they charge you to make your monthly payments if you do not go to the office and pay which I think is very petty. So be prepared to be nickel and dined to death

We have been here since the place opened 12 years ago! It has changed hands several times, but each time the new manager has been terrific. Although the price is getting a little high, we continue to stay because of all the other factors - cleanliness, convenience, and security.
