Our family was greeted with an open door to a spotless facility, they really rolled out the red carpet!!! Everything was explained to us in great detail. With courtesy, I was offered additional items to make my move in easier & the price was great plus the unit & its surrounding area was nice & clean. I have no worries that my items will be safe & secure. What truly stood out to me was how warm & inviting Kristen, Patrick, Chad & Renee were, I am very pleased & will happily recommend this facility!!!

We used Cube Smart when we relocated to AZ from out of state. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us figure out what type of unit would meet our needs and budget. No problems at all.

This is my first storage rental experience, so I was nervous about finding the right one. Cube Smart has been excellent in every detail I have encountered. It is very clean, easy to access my items when I need to, very secure. I easily pay online on date due. Once i did not secure my lock properly and they emailed and called to inform me that at my earliest convenience I should come by to relock my unit. It had been 3 months now I have not one negative experience.

The facility was convenient and clean - the only input I would recommend to CUBE SMART is to provide a pro-rate for a partial month rental. I believe the customer might stay longer with a pro-rated option for a monthly rental, but your billing system will not allow it or it's too cumbersome for your system? Otherwise, the facility and personnel were real good folks

Friendly staff. I originally schedule on-line to save 10%, arrived, but sign a day later. The system no longer had the 10% discount, but worked with mgr to correct that. If you do this, make another reservation for the next day as it was a minor hassle. Again they honored the first e-quote so all worked out. Place was clean and tall (rented 12x30) with a lot of height. I sprayed for insects prior to my storage and did see the dead bugs. So i would recommend that.

The only reason that I left was that the facility is just not conveniently located for me. Other than that, this was a great storage facility.

I received a very warm welcome and was reassured about the safety of the storage. I was sold a very strong lock, given a password to access the premises and a storage unit. I know me and only me can access my storage at very convenient times. Auto pay even allows me to completely forget about my storage until the moment I will need it. Safety, accessibility and pricing were my main problems, easily solved by Cubesmart. The fact that they have many security cameras reassures me a lot in the event someone would try to force access to my storage. I feel like it's almost as safe as a bank and that makes me a very happy customer.

We needed a few months of storage during moving and I am so glad we picked this one!! WONDERFUL, HELPFUL STAFF-clean and safe-everything you want in storage.

Easy access - clean facility. The air conditioned units are amazing.

We needed to find an affordable small storage space quickly. Unit was very clean with good security. Even though our unit was on the second floor a hand cart was always available. After 90 days rate jumped 15% to our surprise, but they did send an email prior to next month payment. Easy closing process. Good customer service communication. If left a message, responded quickly.

I feel this is the best crew. I should not have to be forced to write more.

The facility was very clean! The unit spacious and we paid a little extra for air conditioning as they keep it at a constant 80 degrees! The staff could not be more pleasant or helpful! Thank you for everything!

The facility is clean and taking care of professionally it looks like it's brand new, the units themselves are clean also it's really convenient you enter in the front gate with your access code and when you leave there's another gate to exit the facility which makes it really nice if you're in a hurry to drop something off or pick it up and leave and never get caught up at the gate waiting on a busy day

...should be easy and compliment a service to help with convenience. But for some unknown reason - ANY time , and for any reason, apparently if a change is done to your cubesmart account, you have to go back online and re-set up the automatic bill pay. I have been a customer for less than a year, (approx 6 months), and this is the 3rd time I am having to log in and set up the "not-so-very-automatic-bill-pay" because I got a phone call my account was passed due. Note that nothing has changed with my banking details. This was entirely due to issues with cubesmart and their business processes or lack their of. If it happens again I will consider changing storage companies because i am worried my stuff will be gone due to the auto-bill pay not actually paying my bill on time as it was intended. Hopefully someone at cubesmart corporate will see this review and take it as an opportunity to improve a business process that is broken, and clearly a hindrance that causes unwanted stress versus being useful and offer helpful assurance that i should have to worry about. (paying my bill on time is the only function and purpose of course). I can definitely say after this third instance it is a complete nuisance and continual waste of time (again and again) that will be in my mind when I think of my experiences with cubesmart. I would not recommend cubesmart to anyone at this point due to my frustrations with this simple but unnecessary issue.

No complaints as of yet. Always clean, friendly staff, secure lot. A++!

Customer service is outstanding at Cubesmart. The manager, Chad, went out of his way to locate the right spot for my storage unit, and to facilitate the arrival and placement of my POD. On the day of the move Chad even showed up with cold bottles of water for me and my movers. Thanks for making this move so easy!

Love storing our boat at Cubesmart. They ensured we found the right garage that made it easy to back into. They also jumped right away to adjust the door to make it sure it would stay up all the way for backing the boat into the unit. Anytime we call for special needs or access, they reply quickly and help us out.

I have nothing but nice things to say about the customer service that we recieved from the store manager while viewing the property and getting our account set up. However, I could not rate the "convenience" or the "security features" a full score because unfortunately, we have found that the security system is a huge inconvenience. We were told that the gate hours were 6am-10pm 7 days per week. However, if you are there 1 minute past 10pm, you are stuck in there! There is a person who lives on-site at the location where our unit is and no amount of honking seemed to get her attention. We were stuck in the facility for 40 minutes before the 800 number for Cube Smart made a direct phone call to her and she came out about 10 minutes later. She was clearly aggrivated, but not more than we were! There should at least be some sort of emergency number or code to be able to get out. If there is someone who lives on site, why didn't she come around to check that the facility was in fact clear after 10 pm? What's the point of having on site security? Technology is advanced enough that you should AT LEAST be able to get out, even if they don't want you in after a certain time. That was absolutely ridiculous.

The employees have been very helpful and very polite. The facility is clean and convenient .
