Miguel was extremely helpful
I was at the CubeSmart to pay my bill a couple of weeks ago. I have 2 accounts, however, could not pay them both online as only one account showed up. I went into the Joliet store where I met Miguel. I explained my situation. He took the time and called the 800 number to assist me. He was very patient and explained each process he went through. In the end, we both found out that the system isn't set up to pay for 2 accounts on a cell phone; only on a desktop or tablet.
I appreciated Miguel's assistance and his excellent customer service.
