We had to book this storage unit online during the pandemic quarantine. Everyone was very helpful, and the unit itself is in super condition

The facility is very nice, i only have a couple of issues. The first one is that the building door that my unit is in has been broken for months and does not shut or lock. My second complaint is the struggle to pay my bill on line each month. I am prompted to enter my account number and when i do it bounces back that it is incorrect. But if i call and use the same account number it accepts it with no problem. I don't mind paying my monthly fees but it shouldn't take a half hour to do so.

All of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is kept clean. The only drawbacks are the fact that the entrance is right at a curve in the road and you have to stop on a hill to enter your password..

It was easy entering the area, easy accessing our unit, easy exiting. There was a 4 wheel dolly that made loading/ unloading a breeze. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this facility again.

i rented a storage unit while moving - needed to de-clutter my house. paula and debbie were great in helping me decide what size unit to get.. i ended up having the unit longer than i thought and to be honest, i miss going there. always had a great conversation with paula- very nice people work there. i had an excellent experience!!

The unit was clean and dry. Large time window for access to the unit. Any interaction with the staff was positive.

This was a great spot to store items between homes. The only minor complaint is the light outside our unit was never working so it was dark at times.

The employees were all very nice, even though I had to see 3 different units to decide what size I needed. I feel that my things are very safe in here with the gated door.

I chose this facility by accident after a breakdown on my way to another facility but I’m glad I did. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the pricing was reasonable. The facility itself is in a quiet neighborhood behind secure fencing and a gate. If I ever need storage again I would go back here without question.

I reserved my unit online and was called back the next day. Debbie was my first point of contact. She was super personable and knowledgeable which made me completely at ease with our moving experience. From move in to move out, everything went smoothly. I appreciated Debbie's time and patience, she's wonderful.

Debbie and Paula were extremely helpful, professional and very nice and friendly at all times. Only issue I had was some communication from cube smart. Not from Debbie or Paula. Billing, rates. Felt nagged at bit about billing but some of my fault there. Then no reminder or anything about rate increase after initial offer. Little blind sided there.

The experience of renting a storage unit was super easy. John at the Milford, Ma location was very nice an helpful!! I was there 3 days straight renting the unit and then a moving truck and he was there every time I went!! You can tell he is a hard worker!! Great person to have working for you!!
