The people are incredibly nice and helpful. They had the size I needed. The hours are terrific. And there aren't too many people there all the time.

I have been using this storage place for a few months now and it's always clean. I feel my belongings are safe and away from the elements. The store manager is very friendly always eager to help! One time I had trash I needed to throw away and she helped me out when i was stuck. Very well lit. I will be returning and thankyou

We have a smaller unit - it’s perfect for our bins, a lot of it being holiday items.

this facility is convenient and with reasonably accessible times. wish the prices werent so expensive. paying almost 90$ for a 5x7. Also wish there was a little more security.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean. The facility itself? It’s storage... nothing fancy, facility is definitely older. The keypad you enter your entry code into whines like a dying smoke detector. Overall, if you’re looking for a convenient, friendly storage facility with no frills, this is your place. If you’re looking for modern, pretty, or the like, try somewhere else. Oh, and if you get an inside unit, be prepared for a slaughterhouse vibe.

There was never a problem that arose in which happened here to where no one could help with. Staff was always willing to help in any way possible, whether it help you call others or just give advice on what to do. I would recommend anyone using this facility to keep there stuff secure.

I needed extra storage in a hurry. The staff at your Fall River store made the process a lot easier for me during a very stressful time.

Only issue is there is definitely mice living in these units. As there was a lot of mouse droppings in our unit when we moved out. Other wise no real issues.
