I'm out of the facility's area and it is a BIG help for the staff to keep me informed.

I would definitely recommend to a family or friend.

Very clean, no bugs/insects or rodents. Indoor lighting works well. Unit doors are secure.

I did my reservation online before moving in. The staff was super friendly and made the process so quick and easy. It was my first time renting a storage. I love how they have an elevator which made the move a lot easier. The prices are amazing as well! I would recommend Cubesmart!

My interactions with the staff have always been good/positive/professional. The facility has double security points (which is great). I have always found it clean; not a single piece of trash in the 3 years that I have been using the facility. The only area of improvement I would say would be the automatic turning on of the lights could happen faster. Not sure if the timing on that can be adjusted up. But overall, I am pleased with the facility and staff.

We rent this units several month ago and this location is always clean and the customer service is very cooperative.

I have been there for over a year and its been great.

The customer services at the front desk were great. Both females that worked there were extremely helpful. They both answered all of the questions I had and made the move-in process very pleasant and easy for me. I was told about discounts and since I moved from a state that was 7 hours away it meant a lot. I am not sure about security just yet, but the beginning process went well. The units are clean and I don't know how customer service will be a few months from now because I am still new and it's my first month, but I hope it is still great. I am also happy that I can pay my bill online.

From my first encounter with Beth, the site manager, I have had a very pleasant experience so far with Cube Smart. I feel safe when taking and removing my items from the facility. The facility is always clean. The best part is that the units are in an indoor, covered facility. My only point for improvement would be the availablilty of more carts at the facility as there have been instances when no moving carts were available. Otherwise, a great facility.

My Stepfather recommended this storage facility as it is in close proximity to where I now live. I am a first time storage renter, and my experience has been pleasant and stress-free thus far. Mary Beth is very personable and knowledgeable. Nicole and Deana (I think that's her name) were nice as well and they all make a great team. I’ve utilized this storage unit twice and have been nothing but pleased. Beth and the staff there are always very pleasant and helpful. The facility is very convenient and I’ve never had an issue with my belongings. The hours are great, it’s gated and even if you don’t utilize climate control the facility stays at a great temperature. My only issue with corporate is not being notified that my rate would increase. However, overall I would definitely recommend this facility!

Cube storage is great for anyone wanting a peace of mind and a storage unit. Really awesome prices and even better employees.

Great service. The office staff was amazing. She was helpful and showed me around.

CubeSmart has been a great place to store our stuff. We first used them when we relocated and were living in an apartment until our house was ready. Then we used them again when we moved my parents in with us and needed some extra storage space. When we needed to increase and decrease our storage space needs the staff was great in accommodating our needs and making the transitions as smooth as possible. And when we didn't need the space anymore it was easy and convenient to handle it all after hours on the phone. I would highly recommend CubeSmart.

I HAVE NO WORRIES AT THIS FACILITY. MY HOUSEHOLD GOODS HAVE BEEN STORED TWO SEPARATE TIMES AT LEAST 2 YEARS EACH TIME. CHARLES AND MARY MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE IN JUST CHECKING ON MY UNIT MONTHLY. HOWEVER, THE COST OF THE UNIT HAS INCREASED TREMENDOUSLY AND MY LOYALTY DESERVES A BETTER DISCOUNT.

This place is awesome! I moved my items from the Public Storage on South Blvd, close to Woodlawn Drive, because the facility had flooded due to heavy rain, causing my expensive items to be unusable. The place was always dirty and filled with roaches. Cubesmart is always clean and I haven't seen not one bug. They always have hand trucks available and they have great music playing throughout the facility. My only complaint is that the sign is hidden by trees, which makes it difficult to find the place. Other than that, I am truly satisfied with Cubesmart!

The facility and team at the Charlotte location have more than met my expectations. The process to secure a space was easy and did not take long, the space is very accessible, secure, dry and clean.

Climate controlled units cause less worry for inside items. I like the insurance for the unit(s) because it helps you to know your belongings are covered if damaged while in storage.

This facility provides four-wheeled carts for my convenience to aid in the loading and unloading of stored materials. The gated entry and security cameras makes for a sense of security for your stored items and your person while in the facility.
