I usually don't like to do reviews because most times people just doing what they should or not at all instead of giving a bad review I just don't give one however not the same in this situation at this particular CubeSmart in Lakeland when I first went there I ran into this man by the name of Bob, Bob is the manager Bob is an awesome guy Bob went above and beyond helping us he was always there offering suggestions telling about the facility and its amenities and just always being available to answer any kind of questions and did I mention what a friendly guy he was caring just all around awesome there's another lady there that works with him forgive me for forgetting her name she too was very helpful and very awesome if I ever need another storage unit again I'm going to this location to see these people they are the best not to mention very competitive prices best experience I have ever had with Self Storage impeccable compared to all others

I am most grateful to Dielle Hromadka. What we did was down size to another storage unit and Dielle made this process very easy. She was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She finalized our changes by giving me the updated costs in writing as they will occur over the next couple of months as this got a bit complicated. Great KUDOS to Dielle!

The staff is awesome! Very helpful and there when you need them. The place is always clean and well maintained. If an issue came up it was always handled. Never did they get upset that they had to do their job. The ONLY issue I had is when the gutter leaked from a bad storm and got into my unit. I reported it and it was fixed. Never filed an insurance claim because the damaged inventory was removed when we found it and for the most part was salvaged. I really like them and I like the ability to call them and they have a unit when I need it.

The Cube came to our rescue quickly! Our last day of packing and we had no more room. Our Cube was loader and we were on our way within a half hour. Very pleased!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the storage units are climate controlled and very clean. It is a little pricey for a 5 x 10 unit I paid $89.00 a month. They do give you a first month discount but you still have to purchase their insurance and a lock if you don't already have one. I was there for 4 months and had no issues.

The gentleman onsite is always so amazing! He is kind, friendly, and ready to address any needs. The only concern I have is that I went into my unit three weeks ago and there was what appeared to be rat droppings in the unit. None of my items are damaged, everything in the building looks clean, just letting you know what I noticed.

Seeing my stuff in storage can be depressing and stressful, but the people in the office makes my experience stress free.

Arrived to view reserved storage unit. Had called customer service prior to arriving to get a total price on the first month. Was given one price over the phone and another one upon checkout at the location. I did not have the funds at the moment and the individual worked it out where I got the price customer service had given me without questions asked. Very kind and cheerful.

I have had a few storage facility rentals over the years and have never been able to afford the climate control option. Not only is this economical for a climate controlled space,it is very clean. From the office to the common areas and the actual storage areas it is all very well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this facility.

I'm glad I chose CubeSmart. The customer service was strict but kind. Shanta told us that she could not stay past 6pm but when we pulled up at 5:50, she still helped us and even offered to give us a temporary lock from her house until we could buy one that fit properly. I like how easy it is to pull up to our hall. I am only slightly worried about the security features since the gate is open most of the day and the halls don't have locks. The only thing that is really locked during the day is our fenced unit.

Met with Bob, their representative, very courteous, explained everything, showed me the unit that was clean and well-lit. Bought the lock there, good idea. This place is easy to find and conveniently located off Bartow Hwy (aka South Road 98).

This facility is by far the cleanest I have ever seen. The size of my unit allows me to sort through my things and take only what I need at any given time. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and secure until which time I can move them to a home.

I have been renting space at this facility for the past year and have been very happy with it. The facility is clean and well maintained. I feel very safe going there at any time of the day or night, and I really like the fact that it is open until 10:00 p.m., which makes it very convenient. Best of all, before I set up auto pay for the monthly rent, I would get email reminders and even phone calls from the managers reminding me so that I wouldn't get a late charge!

Staff on site is always pleasant. Recently the lights were upgraded and they come on automatically when you walk in. No more exceeding the timer and having to walk back to turn the lights on.

CubeSmart offeres a clean & modern storage facility for a reasonable price. I looked at many other places and found most to be dirty or staff unhelpful. CubeSmart's staff are a step above the rest.

Had several storage units in the past, but this place puts them to shame....its very clean, great security, and the personnel running this particular facility is outstanding....
