The CubeSmart staff at my location are very nice, courteous, friendly, and helpful.

The storage unit is clean, well lit, and secure. The staff at the John Mallette location is so kind and gives excellent customer service, again and again.

They are really nice people. They helped me find a storage just in time and not breaking my pockets.

I found Cubesmart online and seen that it was way more reasonable than the other storage facility I was using and convenient. The staff is very nice and helpful, I wasn't able to get into the gate at first and Leiann was very helpful ; she took care of the issue right away.

The two ladies that work the front desk are nothing but professional knowledge very helpful respecting understanding and always always always greet me with a smile

A great experience renting a unit from the cube smart on John Mallet Dr in Nashville. Shalanie and Cathy were very helpful and patient with me. I had trouble committing to a date but they weren’t bothered and very helpful in the process,, so appreciative of their effort! Thank-you ladies!

I needed a unit asap and the staff here was great. The climate controlled units are clean and free of pests . Very accessable . Plenty of lighting no need to use flashlights when i needed anything out of the unit. I will recommend them and use them in the future

Quick storage to the location I was at the price of the locks are little pricey.

We booked a regular unit then realized we had a few paper items and stuff that would not fare well in the humidity... so we vacated our regular unit and upgraded to a climate controlled unit. Our rep Cathy O. was very accommodating and if it was up to us we'd give her a raise.

Great customer service and support. Whenever i have concerns, they are patient and work hard to resolve my issues.

The facility is nice enough. I just wish they would give a reminder to pay the dang thing before the late fees incur. But at least they do remind you, right?
