The facility is great and the employees are very professional. However I have a problem with the hours of operation. They arent practical . You open at 9am when most have to be at work and you close at 7pm which gives you no time if you get out 5pm. There should be at least one day during the week you stay open late. Even the DMV Grant's you that!

Martina and Fatima were absolutely amazing. I could not ask for a better customer experience. I wish that I could clone them so that everyone everywhere could have the wonderful experience that I had. They both knew their stuff, they were attentive and easy to talk to. The facility itself was well maintained, well lit, smelled great and I felt secure entering and exiting the facility. The unit is close to the highway and is easy to navigate. The storage unit is spacious, clean and did not smell like a dirty dusty dungeon. I would recommend the team at CubeSmart and the facility to anyone and everyone.

Great facility, however, the ladder provided to access the top units could be a little taller to be able to get big items into the unit.

The Customer service is great very helpful. I never had any problems with staff.The place is always clean security features seem to be on point. As for convenience it's easy to get to..But the hours suck wish it was open alittle later. That's my reason for a rating of 4 stars. Other than that I would recommend Cubesmart.

I have used many storage facilities over the years and this location is by far the best that I have used even though we had to wait an extra week to move in due to their computers being down. Everyone that works at Store 0105 are very friendly and are great when it comes to customer service. I mainly dealt with Asia one the managers, she was very helpful and went above and beyond when it came to us picking out the storage unit that would be right for us. This is a place I would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for great service and a clean storage facility.
