I’ve had a storage unit at this location for quite some time. The staff has always treated me with respect, dignity and kindness. Those qualities,go a long way. I’ll never rent at West Flamingo again. Very rude, I’ll-mannered,

What a great experience renting a space from here, the staff was very helpful and pleasant, remembered us from day before and greeted us.

This facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. Staff is friendly, professional, and ready to help. There were a few days when the A/C seemed to be out, last week, but I think it is fixed now.

The office staff was very helpful and friendly... I was in a rush to exit my old storage facility who were threatening to lock me out!! Cube smart made this move seamless and made the cut off time w 5 min. To spare!! Without their help it never would have happened... Whooo!!! I had a good experience with their customer service who was also very friendly and helpful setting up my first payment online. I would highly recommend this facility it is clean and management is so far so good... no complaints of any kind.

This is the second time in the last year i have rented from this facilty @ 2990 S. Durango Las Vegas, NV 89117. Maria and her husband are excellent at customer service and friendliness and i wouldn't rent from any where else in town for any further storage needs.

The place is clean quiet and comfortable. It's very ez to navigate through. Everything you need is available for the usage of your needs.

I reserved a 5 x 5 unit online a night before going in to this storage location to sign my lease and everything, because I reserved online it secured a 10% discount off regular monthly rent and the current deal for new renters also threw in the first month's rent for free! I ended up leasing the next size up from that which is a 5 x 10 and looks bigger than that..... CubeSmart had incredibly competitive unit pricing, an amazing location that is "hidden away" and you wouldn't even know this place was there unless you worked there or rent a unit there..... I've driven down Durango Drive a million times and I never knew this place was there! The staff member who helped me was named Rick, and he was incredibly helpful and didn't once talk down to me or treat me in any manner besides incredibly!! I do love this business, they know how to treat customers! Thank you guys! -Donna

Great storage facility but I need to accessearlier in the morning my new storage gives me access at 5 AM till 11pm..

This was a wonderful storage unit with friendly staff.

CubeSmart came through in a pinch for me. We needed storage within the hour and they were the only facility that had the space we were searching for. The facility is always clean and well kept.

The ladies in office were absolutely fantastic. They recognized me and respected me and my baby. When they saw me coming down the walkway/street (I walk with a baby in stroller) they were sure to greet me at the door with the door open so that I could get in easily with my baby in the stroller. I have never been treated that nicely anywhere else and I have driven cross country moving here from NEW YORK!!! Again I applaud the customer service and will highly recommend this facility in the future.

Amazing staff that was able to help me determine the size I needed based on my items and were very easy to contact about the unit, security and payment information. The unit was secure and easily accessible with great hours of access to your belongings. Great, safe location, knowledgeable and friendly office staff.

It's a great facility best I've used staff is fabulous the only thing I disliked was they raised my rate so soon after I rented the unit. I found another place that doesn't raise your rates.

I like this storage space but it is spendy. They raised the price in top of a high price. But it’s in a good area. I like that it’s twmpwrature controlled. I’ve never had any issues.

While outside storage worked my preference would have been inside storage but for the exception of a little dirt and or dust things worked out fairly well .

Great people to work with. Held reservation coming in from another state, and worked with me ona move out date when I got my house. Everyone in the office was great to work with. Would go back again if I ever need storage again.

I only had my storage for a very short time, I have to say that all the storage facililties this one took the blue ribbon as far as the people who worked there, I had several experiences that took me forever to obtain a lock and they were professional enough to not put up abunch of crap about it they simply put one of their locks on my unit, and that meant alot to me, that's what I call going that extra mile for someone. I so didn't like the location of my unit, it was very hot and far for me to travel, hallways and elevator's but the people there made in bearable. Customer service really deserves to be recognized........

Everyone in the office are super friendly and very helpful! Especially Rick and Maria. They worked with me in helping me out in finding the right unit at a great price, so nice and welcoming. The storage facility is clean and fairly new. They offer great deals for first time rentals and their referral bonus is awesome too! I highly recommend this place.

While the staff is extremely nice, live on site, and very clean... They keep raising my rent and can't even keep the swamp cooler working in my building. This makes me very very angry... I recently found some little bugs... killed a black widow near someone else's unit door... I'm super concerned... And if it wasn't so close to home I'd move.

I stored a vehicle here for several months. The rate was reasonable, the parking space was covered, and the storage yard is clean and well maintained. A friendly and professional staff, as well as easy access to the property, made this place a great choice for my needs. Highly recommended.

I have been with this facility for many years. It has changed hands a few times over the years. Always a good, clean and convenient facility. Since Cube Smart we have received two increases. When I started (Storage One), I paid an introductory rate of $100/mo that stabilized at $125/month. The newest rates were going to be nearly $190/month. They made a business decision and seem to be catering to RVs. That’s fine. I was able to find less expensive storage for our boat. The staff has always been good to deal with and it is a nice facility. It just was not worth the premium pricing for us anymore.

Maria, the property manager and her staff are exceptional. The facility is clean and well maintained. The gate hours are most convenient. The units are fairly priced with all things considered. Thank you Cubesmart, thank you Maria.

Just wish they turned the ac on earlier. It was too hot in April! Other than that this place and its employees/ owners? Do a great job keeping up the property and are very nice!

The customer service has been amazing. It is clean and appears to have good security. At our old storage (with another company) there were guys outside that would swarm you and ask if you needed help. You could not leave anything unattended for even a moment. Inside, there appeared to be homeless people living out of their storage and one person had a sort of workshop set up in his that he was working from. I did not feel safe going their alone. That is not the case with this Cubesmart. The difference is like day and night. We are very happy!

Cube Smart did what we needed them to do. It was the drop off location for our Penske rentals and a 3 month storage unit while we found a new home to move into. It was professional, clean and safe.
