I highly recommend the Gardner, Mass. facility!
The manager and staff are always friendly and helpful! I certainly enjoy the climate control and security. The building is always kept clean and the carts for moving are almost always available. Though it would make moving larger items much easier to move, such as large dressers, box springs and mattresses etc, if there were larger carts available.
I also think that the company should also consider a "Customer Loyalty" incentive for long term customers. My rate went up twice in about 2-3 months time. If it wasn't for the manager, I probably would have found another storage company with a better rate incentive.
Why isn't there a "Quick Link" to the online bill pay, for the units in the "Friendly Reminder" email, instead of having to go to your web page and putting in all or your information or doing a COPY/PASTE of the web link? (not everyone knows how to do that) Thanks for your consideration of these issues!
