I was pleased with the service and treatment I received. The unit I'm renting is clean and spacious and convenient to get to. I'm a little disappointed that there was an accident that destroyed the gated entrance and the sign in post and it has not yet been fixed. Although I am giving grace considering the virus we are all enduring. Still right now, there is very little security temporarily - I hope.

We've had a previous storage experience with a competitor, but that one was not a great experience. We were very impressed here. I will say that the customer service was excellent here, all the staff members were very helpful and nice. I like the space, and there didn't seem to be any weird business or weird customers, like the previous one, we had.

I'm impressed with the services in public relations for this place it's the best.

They have accommodated me with every request I've had. Day or night . They are the best place I've had a storage at since moving to vegas in 94

I had an issue with my payment and I needed more time. Eric informed me of the gracious time period they offer you just before the late fees. What a load off my shoulders. Thank you!!!!

I've been with this location for years. Eric, the General Manager has assisted me with a storage thru 3 moves. Kris, who has relocated was there to answer my questions and was patient thru my most difficult times. I highly recommend Cubesmart on Flamingo and Durango for all your storage needs. Eric is wonderful to deal with! Excellent facility always clean and organized too.

We currently use there service in Utah and now in Vegas and we will not go anywhere else again. Their customer service is excellent and the people seem to know what they are doing and are honest when putting our packages in the Unit for us. Angie is awesome and so is Eric. PS do not go to Life Storage in Vegas.

This has probably been my best experience renting a storage unit. Eric was incredibly helpful from the moment I contracted my storage unit. Although there are set hours for gate access, the Owners/Managers live on property and will work with you if you need after hours access.

I think that the price increase was the kicker for me. I was able to find a unit twice the size for a third less price! I truly believe that the staff was the only thing keeping me at cubesmart because they were genuinely caring and nice!

The manager Eric was awesome! He made everything very easy for move in and move out. He was always there to help if we had questions. Great security features with alarm going off if a unit was opened without the code being put in the gate access box. Some people would follow another guest through the open gate and then their alarm would go off. I did that once, and then learned to always punch in my code. Kudos to Eric, he really was an awesome manager.

I rented a unit for 1 1/2 years. From my first day there I had nothing but an excellent experience. I moved out of state and could easily make payments online. When I went to get my things, they were exactly as I left them. Nothing touched or damaged. Thank you so much CubeSmart!

I was a Flamingo-Durango Self Storage for about ten years. They have since been bought out by CubeSmart. I've had nothing but positive experiences with CubeSmart. Whether it be in person, via email or over the telephone. If you're in need of short-term or long-term storage needs, I would definitely recommend CubeSmart.

We've been customers at this location for many years. No complains. Easy to get in and good location.

I've used this facility a few different times over the last 5 years through two different management companies. No problems ever with the units themselves and haven't had any security issues either. The last management company was very good; nice, friendly people and always in a good mood. Since the switch to CubeSmart, the facility has done some nice upgrades to the site and remodeled the office. Only "complaint" would be that the website is a little too aggressive for my liking on telling you that your rent is due several DAYS before the 1st of the month. This month it is even calling today, May 31st, June 1st. I signed up for Autopay today and there was no place to enter the day on which you want your payment processed. They needed to allow that, especially for those of us that like to control when money is taken from our bank accounts. 4 out of 5 Stars.

The staff at this location are the best and they know the true meaning of great customer service! If I could only have this level of customer service in every business I patron life would be much nicer! These people need to be recognized for their dedication to their job please...you don't want to lose them

We have used this storage facility for quire some time and I haven't really had much interaction with anyone or service until it became Cube Smart. Since they acquired this facility I have great customer service and they go above and beyond to help in any way they can.

I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. The storage units are very convenient for the customer the grounds are clean. I'm very comfortable and storing my mother's belongings .

I really like the service of Cubesmart. the staff is very friendly and I love the fact that the late fee date is now on the 17th instead of the 6th. It is more in line with our paydays so it's a lot easier and gives us peace of mind. Thank you!
