Showed up at closing, did not feel rushed. Process was straightforward and they even through in a free lock. Love these guys.

I had logistical problems regarding storage, and Roberta in the office was (and is) knowledgeable, professional, understanding and helpful. She is outstanding in customer service, which is rare to encounter these days. In addition, the facility in general is clean, well run and secure. I would recommend it to anyone.

The storage is convenient and very clean. The code is easy to remember and the hours are awesome. We have invited others to rent a storage because of the cleanliness.

I’ve rented storage at several different facilities over the years with one of them being CubeSmart a few times and in 3 different cities/states and thus far I've come to expect superiority from cubesmart in regards to cleanliness, upkeep / updated facility appearance, competitive pricing, and for me, ‘most importantly’ the access hours. I have yet to be disappointed! Roberta, the manager at this location in particular was knowledgable, informed about current promos & doable discounts, to the point and got my friend & I all set up & out the door very QUICKLY.. Would definitely recommend this location and overall ‘brand’ for sure.

I enjoyed dealing with CubeSmart. The staff was friendly and helpful (online and in person.) The use of the security gate was easy, and I always felt safe there, even when accessing my unit at night. Would highly recommend using CS; was my second location (Hamden, CT) and the service seems to be consistent (rented before in Simsbury, CT).

I’ve been with this storage facility on Putnam Avenue in Hamden,Connecticut for almost a year now and I must say it has always remain the same clean , secure and the customer service is one of the main reasons why I continue to keep my personal items at this storage unit facility. The General Manager there by the name of Roberta has always went out her way to help as much as possible. She has a Very welcoming upbeat nice personality. I’m grateful to say that Roberta helped me understand that I was paying too much money for two storage units. Which in the end result I was given the option to be able to condense both storage units in to one big one and save lots of money. That is one of many great customer service I’ve received at this facility. When my sister recently moved into town I referred her to this storage unit facility and she’s very pleased as well. I thought for a while she was the only one there , because she does so much . Roberta stays on top of her game and knows exactly what she’s doing. The way this lady multitask I don’t know how she does it. She is the true definition of going above and beyond . keep up the good work.

Online automatic reminder and payment system was a very smooth experience. All phone interactions were professionally conducted, informational and friendly. Still awaiting refund of pro-rated last month, but confident it will arrive with same ease as the rest of my experience. My daughter and her roommate are Yale undergraduates and have saved two summers in a row using Cubesmarts in Hamden, CT

I have rented with Cubes mart for a year and from the very first day to me moving out Roberta has been such a huge help she has very good customer services skills and very understanding and willing to help as much as she could .I was very pleased and definitely will do business here again if i need to.

Although I only needed a unit for a month, I was able to book one last minute! Only problem was not being able to get back out after 10p without paying for an extra code, which I wasn't informed about beforehand. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

I was selling my house and needed a temporary storage unit near my house. I wanted it be a drive garage type of unit and Cube smart has those units. My things stayed dry and secure for the few months I needed before I got my new place. Good service with a punch in code to get by a gate that made the place secure. I recommend cube smart as a great place to store your stuff.

JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM COMPANY. ABOUT PAYMENT BEING LATE. I'VE SET UP AUTO PAYMENT WHEN I GOT THE STORAGE UNIT A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT. SO I KEPT IT GOING. PAYMENT IS USUALLY MADE THE FIRST OF THE MONTH. TODAY IS THE FOURTH OF THE MONTH. I'M GLAD THAT THEY EMAILED ME TO NOTIFY ME. I FORGOTTEN THAT MY DEBIT CARD HAD BEEN CHANGED. SO THIS WAS A GREAT THING.IT WAS A TEN DOLLAR CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS LATE. NO PROBLEM. I CALLED THE NUMBER AND WAS HELPED BY A VERY LOVELY LADY. WHO WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING. THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE.

Very convenient can pay bill online or over the phone. Never had a problem getting into the facility. Security is good also. I would recommend the facility.

I feel that the amount for my storage unit is too much for the size but I'm happy over-all with the people that work for the area that I have my storage unit. They are very friendly and respectful all the time that I've had to deal with them.

CubeSmart has climate controlled storage spaces that are clean. However, be cautious about your neighbors' cleanliness. I have witnessed household bugs (roaches) crawling around some units. So far I have not personally had a problem in my unit.
